I had a lovely time at my Bend Volvo dealership. I was there getting a recall problem address on my new/used CX 40. Their waiting room is very nice and comes stocked with some yummy goodies. A nice knowable young man walk me around the lot as I asked him questions about new Volvo models. And the repair team was kind and very quick with the new software updates to my backup camera. Alas, I also had to buy a new key fob for my car, these are really too expensive! However, I know this price is set by their corporate overlords and not their fault. I like the team and will bring Dove (my lovely grey Volvo) back for her next service! Thanks Team Volvo!

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

Just bought a very lovely 2018 Audi Q5 and I couldn't be happier. I worked w/Jordan and he was absolutely stellar to work with. I was looking around town at different dealerships and he was so patient and helpful. We finally met up and he showed me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to spend. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a newer, more expensive car. Once I decided on the car I wanted the buying experience was very casual and not stressful at all. I negotiated w/the sales manager Kalen and he was so nice and easy going. Everyone I dealt with was an absolute pleasure and I can't stress enough how pleasant my buying experience was. These guys rock and if you buy a car from Audi Bend you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend the dealership and absolutely recommend an Audi.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

No pressure. Ben listened to what I was after in a truck and presented several options both new and used. Came back the next day and he'd obviously done his homework. Had a truck that he thought would be the best fit and was the one I drove off the lot. Our negotiation was relatively quick and painless. I ended up with the truck I wanted at the price I had in mind and received a fair value for my trade in. The best car buying experience I've ever had.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. I did not buy the car that Auto Kings has for sale. They are in Bend, Oregon and, being in Seattle, I was unable to see the car 'in-person.' However, I can speak highly of the customer service and willingness of this family-owned dealership to go the extra mile to make the initial process comfortable. They took the time to send me additional pictures of the car and were honest about the blemishes that I could not see in a photograph. I felt no pressure and believe that they truly wanted the best for me. They were even trying to find a way to incorporate some work in the Seattle area so that they could deliver the car to me. I was actually looking for a truck. When I bought this but I'm glad I made my decision for the forerunner.

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

What a great shopping/buying experience we recently had at Robberson Ford in Bend! Adam was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, yet relaxed and non abrasive. I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.
