This dealer is about 4 hours from my home but I will look to them first if I?m ever in need. There was zero pressure and zero xx. Tyler was my sales guy he really wasn?t trying to sell me on anything he just wanted me to be happy with my purchase and made sure he covered everything. Not once did he pressure or lie to me. Answered everything honestly and if he didn?t know he was honest about that and got the answer from any one of his co-workers. Phil did the finance part and he was ready for me before I got there and was personable. Lot of dealerships claim to be family owned this one actually felt like they were family. I guess that?s the benefit of doing business in a rural area rather than urban areas.

I love driving my new Pathfinder. It drives well and I feel safe in it. The seats are very comfortable. I love the all black on the exterior. This is my first Nissan and I would recommend this vehicle to others.

This is the 3rd new vehicle we have bought from this dealership in 5 years. We have always worked with Cory who is the manager but was in sales when we bought our first vehicle in 2019. There are not enough words to describe the amazing overall customer service that Cory provides. He truly goes above and beyond what we have ever experienced at any dealer in any state we have bought from in the past. We will seriously never purchase another vehicle from anyone but Anson Lawerence Hall. Also the service department is just as stellar and amazing. Paul is one of the most knowledgeable, professional and accommodating person I?ve yet to meet. Paul and April in service always take care of us again above and beyond what I?ve ever experienced in a service department. I do have to say that they need more mechanics and extra help in service tho. I know it?s difficult to find experienced help that is able to commit and work but the service department management seems overwhelmed with trying to keep up with the service demands. We have and always recommend this dealerships and management to everyone we know.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

These guys went above and beyond to deliver great customer service every step of the way...shopping, financing, delivery, accessories. The hour drive from my home was well worth it. I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

Lawrence Hall Ford provided an excellent buying process. Due to the fact I live three and a half hours away from the dealership, the entire purchase was agreed to by telephone. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was as agreed upon and the staff was professional.

I'm still learning my jeep but she drives with comfort and ease. It's huge on the inside and I love my sunroof. I couldn't have picked a better jeep for my needs after my total loss of my previous jeep due to a car accident.

7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

This SUV is solid in almost every way, but if I had to have any complaints I would say: *The design isn't really original, or even "Blazerish". Do I really care? No, but it's just kind of the reality that it doesn't look a lot different than the Equinox, Traverse, and many other vehicles by other manufacturers. Anyway just saying that they could have tried a little harder to have a signature defining figure to separate from everyone else. *The other complaint is that it doesn't have a CD player. Like who decided to save $100, and not put one in? Some Gen Z kid? Again, I see that a lot of cars are this way, but it's just being forced on us by this young crop of kids...At the very minimum take a survey to see who would elect to have one put in, or elect to have one not put in...people are just going with it

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

We found the car that we wanted on cars.com. Good price and a very nice car. Contacted the dealer and bought the car with very little problems. As with anything there were a couple little hiccups but Kory and the guys got things taken care of. Very friendly group of people.

Every Jeep I've owned has been great. I never could understand where the negative reviews come from... I'd buy a Grand Cherokee Limited before any European SUV. The quality surpasses anything the Europeans sell at this price point. So does the service.

I had taken a car in to have a horn repaired. I was charged $600.00 to replace a clock spring and when I left the horn worked for about a day and then stopped. I was also told the clock spring should repair the gauges that did not work. The gauges still did not work. I took the car back in and was charged another $100.00 and told that I had a bad plunger. I paid it but was not happy and then about a week later I got a call from Charlie Folger at Stanley Ford and was told that they would reimburse the $100.00 I'd paid for the 2nd visit and was asked if I would allow them to repair my gauges for free. Wow! That went a long ways to make me feel better. I have bought my last 3 vehicles from Stanley Ford and have always been pleased and was so disappointed when I was out $700.00. In hind sight I probably did not understand the whole process, but this company went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. That's service! Thank you Mr. Folger's! My faith in Stanley Ford has been restored.

Reliable with excellent features, looks sleek and drives great! The ability to switch from two to four wheel drive helps save gas mileage. The ride is smooth and with the top down it’s a real treat to drive around on a warm day.

I have been dealing with my deceased father, Patrick Beall's, car. It broke down not to long after he passed. He left me the car and I had 2 mechanics work on it and it was a nightmare. By the time I had it towed to Stanley Ford house in Sweetwater, TX it was really messed up. Upon arrival I talked with Troy Schroedter in service and told him what all was done to the car and boy was he in for it I mean every turn he took he found something else that was not right but he stuck with me and got the car running again. The tech, Dustin Hammit, who was working on it never gave up either. Between the two of them they finally got my daddy's car working again. I had told Troy when I brought my daddys car to him that I wasn't wealthy and I was concerned about how much this was gonna cost and he just kept reassuring me that everything will be fine. Love this car! This is our 2nd Traverse. My wife loves it. I have 180,000 miles on it and still going strong. We will definitely be looking for our 3rd one. It has the most room of all SUV in its classs. The v-6 has very good power with lots of pickup.

The car is a wonderful step forward for the Lincoln brand. The screen is the perfect blend of capability without distraction. Ignore the reviews about bad dealerships as it's about the car and not bad sales people. It's sylish, capable and comfortable!

The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

Recently purchased the Chevrolet Blazer 2LT Midnight Sport Edition SUV and absolutely love this vehicle. The Blazer has a very nice, sporty, and unique design. The 2.0 Turbo 4 cylinder engine delivers plenty of horsepower at 228 HP. I'm used to driving a V6 engine and was concerned about the performance and I can honestly say it delivers a solid performance. It drives very smooth and has great gas mileage, 29 mpg highway and 22 mpg city. The interior is designed well, the cloth seats are comfortable and this Blazer is very spacious. The technology is easy to use and has Wi-Fi connectivity. I highly recommend this Chevrolet Blazer to anyone looking for an affordable SUV that looks great and has solid performance.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.
