There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

I called, test drove the car on Wednesday. Thursday was thanksgiving. I got a call, text and a email. Letting me know that I can come get my car. Jimmy white took care of me. I test drove it on my break from work. When I walked, 5 or 10 minutes later I was taking on what I felt was my new car. The CLA Mercedes Benz, 2014 looked just like the photos online and drove even better. The process was super smooth. I pulled over to complete the loan info. When I returned to the dealership, I told Jimmy that I put the application in for the car. That evening I received an email saying a lender has pulled my info. The following working day. I was driving off the lot in less than a hour from the time I arrived. Great job Jimmy and Royal Oak Ford!

Such a beauty. Just traded in my 2019 430i and my 2021 xi for a 23 Black Belt white Lincoln Aviator. But, I found out I bought a car that has a recall awaiting for it's correction sometime soon. Don't know when it well fixed, hope very soon. What a bummer. Only 1 in the nation with that color exterior and interior, and I just bought it. Love the buttons on the grill. The camel and black exterior.

We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. I have been dreading the car buying market because, for the last couple of years, the shadiness of dealers was taken to a whole new level. I had my name on a waitlist for a car, and it didn't seem like they were getting any anytime soon, so my husband told me I needed to make a decision. So, I was looking at a Mercedes, and my student mentioned that the new BMW X1 was worth checking out. I am SO glad that I did. We walked into the dealership, and were warmly greeted by the front desk. Shannon Polsgrove greeted us, and offered to help us. I told her what I wanted and asked her if we could build one out. She was so positive, fun, helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the whole process. She made me feel like I was ordering their top car in the dealership, and was patient with all of my questions. She gave her honest opinion about color and build, and the experience that I had been dreading for months turned into a fun and happy one, and I built a car that I am super excited about, after two years of not being excited about any. We also met the manager, Steve Williams, who was just as friendly and patient. Mind you, it was past closing at this point, and neither of them were rushing us, even with knowing that we still had the Mercedes to look at. We left and went to the dealership down the road, and had the exact opposite experience. I won't get into details here, but it solidified my decision that BMW of Farmington Hills was the relationship I wanted to create. We called the next day and placed a deposit, and as promised, we placed our order with the exact build, and were immediately given a production number, where we could track our truck. I have been told by so many dealerships that you don't get to pick anymore, and you get whatever comes in, and I'm happy to say, that is not the case with this dealership. Everything was stress-free and positive, and I can't wait till my car comes in! I have been telling everyone about my experience, because it really was unlike any car experience I've ever had! They have a customer for life with me! And now my family and friends are all interested in a BMW.

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. 30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

I have enjoyed my vehicle. It is comfortable and drives very well. I like the color also. It is very roomy, takes off fast and the safety features are very beneficial.

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.
