Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

I bring my Prius here for maintenance, and I also bought one from the sales department. The service is always quick and spot on. The internet is fast enough, and there's also an overnight dropoff if its needed. The sales team is competent, fast and can make amazing things happen.

This my 4th Nissan Rogue, and it's the only car I'll buy. I have NEVER had any problems with it, or any that I have owned. I have taken trips across country with it, with great gas mileage and comfortable to drive. It handles well, has plenty of get up and go, easy on the wallet, and very reliable.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

The fuel injector went out on my 2019 F150. This is an employee-driven vehicle and I needed to get it back on the road fast, or we'd miss serving clients. Because I have an extended warrantee, the repairs were fully covered. Northbay is down a couple service people, as one of their longtime people just retired, and it's hard to find qualified people to hire in our small city. But they escalated my truck, and got it done in a couple days. It was driving beautifully after that. Marcus, my contact, is awesome at customer service. He is great in person - goes beyond. And, he is also a great texter, and kept me apprised of developments. Thanks Marcus, you are a pleasure to do business with!

We had this car for 6 years. 91k miles including many road trips from Tahoe to Southern California. We loved it. It’s a workhorse that requires no maintenance and never breaks. There are three amazing qualities where it really shines over internal combustion competitors. 1) operating costs are so low. $7 to “fill up”, no oil changes, never need new brake pads (regen braking) and no maintenance. Just tires, alignments and windshield fluid. 2) autopilot makes freeway driving so much easier. You can relax like you’re a passenger. Yes it’s not perfect so you need to pay attention but it’s cruise control x2 3) safety. Look at crash test ratings. We’re a family of four and 100 people die in a crash every day. #1 cause of death until you’re old There are a few annoying things. Charging on road trips can be annoying. You have to stop every 150-200 miles for 15-20 minutes. It goes through tires faster. Tires will be your biggest cost. For a set that’s warrantied for 40k, you’ll get 30k

I purchased my 2025 NX350 luxury hybrid from Monterey Peninsula Lexus. I have had the car for a couple of months and just love everything about it!  Finding the perfect car these days can be a challenge but working with the team at Monterey Lexus made it easy. Strengths **Styling**: The QX80 features elegant exterior and interior design that outshines most competitors. The Navigator's redesign was disappointing, while the Wagoneer lacks refinement. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Only Wagoneer models with Hemi V8s offer more. Weaknesses **No Homelink**: Inexplicably lacks the standard garage door opener system. Instead uses "myQ," requiring compatible equipment and Wi-Fi. It works roughly 20% of the time for closing, 50% for opening. **Missing Trailer Brake Controller**: Despite strong towing capacity and pre-wiring, it lacks this essential safety feature that the cheaper Nissan Armada includes standard. **No Rear Sunshades**: A premium family vehicle should include this feature, common in less expensive SUVs. **Limited Storage**: Few interior storage options beyond a modest console and small pass-through. The Autograph trim's "cool box" reduces console space by half while offering minimal functionality. **Software Issues**: I've experienced two significant electronic failures already. Once, the infotainment rebooted while driving. More concerning, at 1,200 miles, the dashboard, HVAC, and air suspension failed simultaneously—a potentially dangerous situation. Uncertain Factors **Reliability**: Infiniti typically outperforms Nissan, and Japanese production suggests quality. The VR-series engine appears promising, but competitors have documented issues too. Air suspension systems generally develop problems after several years. **Resale**: Likely below Lexus but competitive with Navigator and slightly below Escalade. Verdict I'm satisfied with my purchase, especially given local dealership availability and favorable pricing. The electronic issues create some concern for long-term ownership. For shoppers prioritizing style, value, and driving dynamics who can accept some feature omissions, the QX80 deserves consideration in this competitive segment.

Honestly one of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve had. Nissan of Gilroy kept things simple, communicated clearly, and treated me with respect the whole time. No runaround, no pressure, just solid service. Super happy with how everything turned out.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

What began as a regular day in which you try to find a car that meets expectations of not being expensive, being efficient and looking good, it seemed that it would be just another visit to another dealership, but despite being a little late and being a cold day, we decided to stop to visit the last opportunity of the day.
