Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

I had the pleasure of working with Michael Jorgensen, Javier Vega, and Mikel Najar, who, at every step of the process, not only made sure I never felt pressured but also left me feeling fully prepared and well-advised. The deal I received was so competitive that I flew all the way from California to get it. They even picked me up from the airport--something not even some of my closest friends would volunteer for. If you put them in a position to compete with another dealership's offer, more often than not, they'll match it (or probably beat it). When I arrived, the hospitality was second to none. For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

Marcus Beasley was my salesperson and he was very helpful through the whole process. Chris Miranda, Julyann as well as Danny made me feel very welcome and made the purchase pain free. I had given an amount I needed to stay under and the final price with trade in was exactly what I asked for. Marcus took me to the service department to meet Lorraine and Fleck so when I return for service I will already be familiar with them. All in all, A+.

A lot of car for a great price. Fun to drive and plenty of room. Also great on gas and low maintenance costs. Get one!

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

I could not ask for a better person to take my car to in times of need. Tim is an exemplary individual. Professionally, he is thorough, patient, and very competent in taking care of my service needs. He is a very good listener, and he will address my concern no matter the magnitude, until he finds a satisfactory solution. In several instances, he has brought in specialists to provide me with a satisfactory explanation and fixed the problem. Socially, I see Tim as a friend. For approximately six months, we had been searching for a particular vehicle with specific features and had spoken with many car salesmen throughout the process. Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

We bought a 2025 Rav4 for my wife, a car she had saved up for over a number of years. It is our cross country vehicle for our retirement road trips. Everyone was helpful, with a special shout out to Damian Denova. While the dealership did everything right, Damian is the reason we purchased what we did, where we did. This process took about a year, we considered several makes and models from several dealerships, and ONLY Damian and Cedar Park Toyota stayed in touch over that timeframe. Being a retired salesman, I was very impressed with the job Damian did. He was a true professional in every aspect. He stayed in touch, let me know when a car came in he thought would interest us, without a hint of pushiness. Damian has the heart of a servant, and the gentle persistence it takes to succeed in Sales. As I told him in person, I was buying from him as a professional courtesy. Well done!

I had a 2014 Autobiography Firenz red with black and pimento interior. Absolutely loved the car, 150k and the only issue was the rear differential%. Pricy to fix but well worth it and any car with this many miles would expect similar repair. Have a 2019 supercharged with in Byron Blue metallic and tan and black interior, ordered with many of the Autobiography features, not one problem with regular maintenance. Will definitely purchase an EV version next. Absolutely the best car series I have owned, previous Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar. Not easy on the pocketbook, but if you don’t mind the extra expense, well worth every penny!

Dealerships are a mixed bag. But we had a very good experience purchasing an XT4 from Covert. 8K miles in now and zero complaints. The XT4 is flawless. Would definitely recommend Covert Cadillac to friends.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.
