He’s videoed his work on my car the past two services and I’ve never felt more knowledgeable. This service is one of a kind and just shows the hard work they put into making the customer happy and including them in the process.

Performance is not what I expected though. But everything else is very nice and smooth ride. I would buy again until the day I die.

My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.

I worked with Jon and he got me into a good car for an affordable price. Service is slow and not very good though. But Jon is the man if anyone needs a new car!!

We, old women that is, are notorious for our persnickity ways. So when one of us says something was wonderful, you can take it to the bank! FYI, this is car number 7 for my hubster and me purchased from the Younts. So that is a fairly large number of purchases to compare. None of the other vehicle purchases can compare to my experiences this go round. My sales person was Jon Arrowood, I received technical information from Candy Propst prior to the shopping trip, I was entertained by Mateo and my paper signing guru, Mr. Queen had me in stitches! I can truthfully say, I have never had such a fun day car shopping! Mr. Arrowood, was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and he possesses a marvelous sense of humor. My go to carguy from now on. I had such a pleasant and enjoyable experience, I told the salesroom guys, I was going to come hang out with them on Saturdays! I will probably not carry through with that threat, but they had better watch out!

When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.

Good all around experience. The personal service, courteous attitude, drop-off experience and thorough addressing of all my concerns was the best I've seen in quite awhile. The dealership/service department made me and my wife feel like we were their best friends. Also greatly appreciated a thorough explanation of how each item was addressed. There were 5 or 6 issues that needed attention.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

First time I purchase a Volkswagen CPO car by internet/phone and out of State. It was a graduation gift for my daughter. Zachary and Ernie gave great service and had the patience to answer all my questions and made me feel secure about my purchase. After spending time with the 2024 QX80 Sensory, I’m comfortable giving it a five‑star rating—not because it’s perfect, but because of how well it delivers on the things that actually matter in this segment, especially at the cheaper real‑world transaction prices these typically sell for. The build quality stands out immediately. Material quality, fit, and finish are all genuinely impressive, and even after 30,000 miles the cabin remains tight with very few creaks or rattles. That’s something I can’t say about several other luxury brands I’ve owned, including BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac, which tend to develop interior noises far earlier. On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. You’re getting a large, comfortable, powerful, and well‑built luxury SUV that prioritizes reliability and long‑term durability over chasing trends. It’s not perfect, but nothing in this class is. What the QX80 does, it does exceptionally well, and that’s why it earns a full five stars from me.

I really appreciate how I was treated. Everyone was nice and polite. I was also offered a ride home and a ride back to my car. I was so happy about the whole experience.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

This SUV competes in what I call the mid size near luxury segment. LIKES: 1.The ride is supple (easily absorbs harsh bumps) ,quiet (noise absorbing glass and abundant insulation cuts road and wind noise) average handling for a SUV. It gives a luxury level ride. (Exception: the X Pro line comes with off road tires which effects ride and noise) 2.Abundant, what I call nanny electronics for those who prefer messing with their phone rather than paying attention to driving their vehicle. 3. Seating in the Prestige trim is done tastefully in Nappa leather with good support. The driver and passenger seats come with 8 way adjustment plus lumbar adjustment. The driver seat only comes with adjustable electric thigh support. Both seats come with heating and ventilation. The second row is captain chairs that do not have electronic adjustment (why?) They do come with heating and ventilation. The third row seats are large enough for full size adults to be comfortable a rare thing in a mid size SUV, but I would not want to spend 10 hours sitting in them. 4.) Infotainment system works well, has a large screen harmon kardon sound system is excellent. You are given various access to many forms of media including apple carplay but only by cable connection (why?) 5.)Climate control can be managed by the info screen or by mechanical switches which I prefer instead of navigating through multiple layers of menus. The rear passengers have their own separate climate controls. 6.) Cargo space is large especially with the 3rd and 2nd row chairs folded down and with the roof racks, things like plywood can be hauled easily. 7.) The 5 year 60,000 mile basic and 10 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty is the best in the industry. 8.) Fit and finish is excellent DISLIKES: 1.) There is only one engine available. If you're looking for neck snapping acceleration you will be disappointed. But it musters up 291 hp and does provide acceptable acceleration allowing you to access highway speeds without a struggle. So far overall MPG has only been 17.5 far below the published 20 -23 mpg. There could be several factors causing this: 1. the engine only has 315 miles on it, so it is not broken in. 2. the weight of the vehicle. 3.) The gearing of the tranny and the AWD setup. 4. the engine gets its hp without the use of a turbocharger (adding a turbocharger would have certainly raised the hp and mpg) In this segment V8's are not available with one exception the dodge durango. 2.) Extremely limited color selection 3.) Reliability: Because I have only 315 miles on the vehicle I'm not qualified to speak with any knowledge on the subject of reliability. OVERALL IMPRESSION In my search for a vehicle the Telluride came the closest to providing and meeting all my expectations. Yes there are vehicles out there that surpass the Telluride, but be prepared to spend an extra 20k or more. The Telluride provides a luxury ride, near luxury interior, an abundance of electronic technology, plenty of cargo space all in a good-looking package! In the end the Telluride is an excellent value for the money. The only way you're going to know if the Telluride is the vehicle to meet your needs and expectations is to drive one. I'm betting you'll be impressed.

Matt is a great salesman. He isn’t pushy and he is very attentive to your needs. The car I wanted had a tapping noise when I test drove it, but I really liked it, so Matt and I drove out and back to the dealership three or four times, trying different fixes each time hoping it went away. Matt got out on the wet ground with his suit on, looking for any hint of where this noise could come from. Eventually we discovered it was a loose mud flap. I went back today and Matt gave me original Hyundai car mats even though I have had the car a couple weeks. I will buy here again when I am ready for an upgrade.

I really like my 2022 Acura MDX, it’s a luxury SUV. It’s pretty and it’s just for me. The problem, I have only had it for 22 months and the starter went. It cost us $950.00 to replace the starter, that didn’t include the labor. Thank God my husband has quite a bit of knowledge on installing starters. Problem number 2, reverse light needs to be replaced, that’s the hold panel and the cost is a whopping $500.00 and something dollars. The 60,000! mile maintenance has to be done in the next few months. The dealer charges $1,325,00, Honda charges $835.00 but it has to be done. But again, I love my car and I plan on having it for years to come.

Re: Sales Experience Karrie is out of this world. She is customer driven to no ends. I wanted to purchase a 2022 Veloster N out of state from their dealership. Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. She kept me up to date as things progressed, and quickly alerted me when I needed to do something. On a personal level, Karrie has a fantastic personality and was amazing throughout the process Allan in finance was thorough, responsive, and understanding. I have 0 complaints about my experience

Love my 4Runner but the only thing wrong with it is the KDSS problems that no one knows how to fix. Light comes on in the winter and starts leaking. Dealer replaced it once and they paid the $4, 000.00 because it was the first time that they had seen this. Now it almost winter and the lights coming back on.

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

Easy transition into buying our new/used car. Our salesman was Anthony and he was really great to work with. He took the time to answer all my questions, big an small. He was always quick to respond and never kept you wanting.

Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

This Escalade is much better and refined more than the five previous we have owned. We would recommend this as high quality luxury car above others in the price range

Unfortunately, I did not purchase my XC40 from Paramount , however I am fortunate enough to take adcantage of their wonderful Service Center. Friendly and helpful staff, punctual and they listen to your needs. I have dealt with several service centers in the Hickory are and these folks ARE THE VERY BEST !!!

I owed a 2010 Cayenne GTS and thought that SUV was awesome. Porsche has really stepped up their game. The 2021 Cayenne GTS is very stunning and drives like a 911. Extremely happy so far!!
