2025 Chevrolet Trax review
I change cars every three years. Mt wife has a 2024 LS and every time i had to drive it i was amazed at what a great car this is. Anyway, i got into an accident and had to replace m car. Having researched just about everything out there when i bought her car i just bought a 2025 Trax Activ. I really love this car. It is really the perfect vehicle. It handles really well, it’s very comfortable, gas consumption is amazing. I only use top tier gas. I had to wait for the dealer to find one without a sun roof. The gps is flawless. I can find nothing about this car that I dislike. I wish it had a trunk release but not a major issue, you really should drive it as you will understand the feel of the operation. As far as the engine, i don’t understand the negative comments. It has ample power. It isn’t a hot rod but i have never had a problem with it feeling underpowered. I do mostly highway driving, set at 69-70 and never any hesitation, oh, the adaptable cruise control is a must have. It takes so much of the stress of highway driving away. I could go on bit i simply say TEST DRIVE ONE. You wil fully appreciate what surrounds you. It’s the only way to understand what GM did.

2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
I absolutely love this car. It have a 2022 Trailblazer Activ with all the safety features and full sunroof, etc. I have 80,000 miles on it and it is so fun to drive! I have driven it all over the country and currently live in the mountains and commute 90 miles round trip over a mountain on winding road to work and back and it’s so easy in this car! I even lived in it for a few months when touring national parks and slept on a mattress in the back with seats folded down and it was super comfortable for me as a 5ft 5in person. Especially since I could look at the moon and stars through the sunroof while laying down in the back! I am praying that it goes to 200,000 miles because I dread the day I no longer have this car and may just end up buying another one even though I would prefer a hybrid for better gas mileage. I also have had exactly ZERO issues with this car! I have gotten regular oil changes and service checks and that’s it! About to get the spark plugs replaced just because it’s time. But it has not shown any signs of any problems whatsoever! I’m beyond thrilled with my purchase! And I only ever owned Toyotas or Hondas before buying this car, but the reliability so far is comparable! My auto shop also told me they never see these cars in the shop because they are reliable! So hope that helps someone!!

2024 Jeep Compass review
We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Last month in July on a Saturday, our Ford truck stopped running while driving it, which was quite dangerous. We were 1 mile from Cisco Bay Ford and asked if they could take the vehicle for repair. We were told they wouldn't be able to look at it for 3 weeks. We had no choice but to leave the vehicle at that dealership. They were closed when we brought it. On Monday morning, we asked if they could look at the vehicle as it was disabled. They said "maybe by the end of the week". We were unable to get a rental from them and there were no rentals available in our area. We immediately called Quirk Ford in Hallowell (where we normally have our truck serviced). Josh was incredibly sympathetic and said he could look at it the following day. We paid for the tow. Early Tuesday morning, Josh called informing us it was an issue with wiring. The good news was we didn't need any parts but the repair was labor intensive and would take 1/2 day to complete. Josh went a step further and said if the service department closed before the repair was done, they would take payment over the phone and leave the keys in the truck so we could pick it up after hours when the repair was completed. We were incredibly impressed with Josh. He was professional, efficient and explained this dealership will purposely keep appointments open each day for disabled vehicles so they can repair them and get the customer back on the road. We can't say enough about this service department. They consistently go above and beyond. We live in the Yarmouth area now but decided to keep Quirk as our service dealership as no one can beat their service. Thank you Josh so much for the exceptional service you provided us. More importantly, thank you for communicating with us on a regular basis so we could remain informed about the completion of the repair. You not only looked at the vehicle immediately, you repaired it in the same day despite not having an appointment and the job taking hours to fix. We appreciated this more than you'll ever now. We are such a busy family and being without our vehicle would have been a huge hardship.

2024 Chevrolet Trax review
I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it

2018 Jeep Renegade review
This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.

2023 Buick Encore GX review
I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.
