I got exactly what I wanted and was treated with respect and kindness. I will be going back for my next car.

No problem. I dropped the car off and left my cell phone number. I was notified when my car was done and picked it up a little later. A friend and I went out for lunch in the meantime. I was very satisfied.

He went above and beyond when we found the car we wanted and took extra time to ensure the car was safe and exactly what we were looking for. Even to the point of telling me that if the car didn’t pass their inspections, we would find another one. When we arrived at the dealership to pick it up, they made my sons day as he had no idea we were getting the car. Everyone working was there to surprise him which was a pretty cool cherry on top of a great car. Definitely happy with the whole process and will absolutely purchase our future vehicles from them!

I went into Maquire looking for a very specific truck and they found exactly what I needed. I called in to see what they had and was greeted by one of their car salesman, Dylan Ladd. Dylan was very polite and very knowledgeable. He worked around my strict schedule and delivered. I’m more than happy with the truck and the service I received from this dealership and I plan on being a life time buyer.

In and out quick, staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Waiting room was clean and safe, social distance was no problem.

I had an accident and my vehicle was totaled. I had been looking for another Hyundai Santa Fe on the internet and saw that there was a Tuscon at the dealership I sent an email and it was answered almost immediately. I made arrangements to take a test drive and met Tom Caforio there. He allowed us to test the vehicle but it was not to our liking. Tom did not give up he asked us what our price range was and pointed out a number of vehicles in that range. I was looking over his shoulder at his list of used cars and saw a Grand Caravan that was right in the range. My wife and I test drove it and fell in love. It was great. The only problem was waiting for the insurance settlement. That was not a problem. they allowed us to hold the van with a hundred dollars. They set up the financing and even had their body man fix a ding in the rear bumper where the previous owner had backed into a post. We picked the van up on Monday and could not be happier with the customer service and the vehicle.

I was in the market for a used Mazda 6 and Cortland Chrysler happened to have one available. We arrived on a rainy Saturday and were met by Chris Henry. Chris was very friendly from the start and did a great job of answering questions and providing information without being overbearing or pushy. Chris pulled the car into the service area and was patient while I went over it thoroughly. I decided to buy the car and everything went smoothly, with open and honest information on the car and purchase process. All in all it was the best car buying experience I have ever had and would recommend Chris and Cortland Chrysler to anyone.

I found a listing online, and followed up with the dealership. Their internet assistant, Christy, was very helpful. Sales associate Zach was AWESOME! Mike in F & I was great as well. I am thoroughly pleased with the entire process and how smoothly it went! I highly recommend Zach to assist one in their car purchase - he was honest and went the extra mile to make sure everything was in order. If you’re a bit further away from the dealership - well worth the travels!

I called them after calling a competitor in Auburn and these guys, especially Erin, were on the money and there was absolutely no dickering. I told them what I wanted, what I was looking for, and 2 hours later the deal was done. The competitors couldn't keep up with Ithaca Honda if they tried! This is the second vehicle purchase I have made with them, both over the phone, and the competition in no way could keep up. Straight forward and easy to work with.
