My husband & I, both in our mid-seventies, recently purchased a 2025 Mini Cooper. Its technology systems are far, far more sophisticated than what was available on the 2016 Mini we traded in. When we saw that a software update was available we tried to figure out how to go about accomplishing that update, but found outselves stuck. We knew that if we headed to Mini of Montgomery we’d get some help with the update. We were lucky enough to be graciously & skillfully assisted by Jay Duck. With incredible patience, Jay walked us through how to accomplish the software update, pausing patiently while I jotted down notes so we’d know how to handle the next update. Jay also took the time to help us explore & understand other aspects of the new Mini’s impressive technology. We felt far more confident in our ability to use & enjoy our new car thanks to Jay’s thorough, thoughtful approach. Update: Today 8-9-22 the owner called and I went down to the dealership to talk with him. He said he would replace my dash with a OEM part from GM. He was very nice and wanted to make this right. That is all I wanted from the very start. So I promised to pull this complaint when it is all said and done with. Stay tuned

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

Before I bought this I was driving a BMW 330i xdrive great car. But I wanted something which much more room and reliable. I had this car about 10 years ago and loved it. It’s great on gas drive smooth wish the engine would have a little more power. The interior is super comfy but feels a bit outdated. I feel like for a 28k car called sport it should be a little more sporty. Like electric seats fr example. But other than that interior is great heated seat are great ! Driving is alright and overall all I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 !

Largest small car I’ve driven and great car for today’s times. Small enough to save money with today’s fuel prices yet big enough to carry everything needed to travel with family.

I leased my outlander sport. Bought our the lease. I love my car!! Rides great!! Very comfortable. I would recommend this 2019 outlander sport definitely!!!!

We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

Dependable suv money can buy. The outlander sport drives awesome and the gas milage isn't bad for being an SUV. Would recommend this SUV for anyone looking for a new suv without breaking the bank.

Start to Finish was fast and easy. Jace the salesman was fast and knowledgeable and answered every and all questions that I asked. I bought this for my 18 year old daughter and we drove 4 hours from home to buy from Dan Cummins. When we pull in her vehicle was by the door with a bow on it. Finance ended up saving me over 60 dollars a month on the payment. Awesome experience. Another plus is that they have multiple dealerships as far as Chevy, Ford, Ram. Will definitely buy from Jace and Dan Cummins again.

All in all a wonderful experience. Would recommend Jim Carter as a salesman and South Park Mitsubishi as a dealership. My sister and brother in law bought an Outlander in 2024 and I knew right away, this was the vehicle for me.

I traded in my 2019 Hyundai Tucson SE for the 2022 Outlander Sport because the Tucson reliability was horrible. Sure you get alot of features, but half of them I don't even use. And the service Departments at Hyundai Dealers are horrible. Now on the otherhand the Mitsubishi Dealer was great. They even did all the financing work before I even went there so I was in and out in 30 minutes. I just wish this vehicle had Active Lane Keep Assist and sportronic transmission so I could use it as a manual. But other than that the Outlander Sport is great and I get great MPG with it. And the service department is great, no any attitudes or issues with service. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

My experience start to finish was nothing short of excellent. I live in Wyoming and saw a car I’d been searching for for many months. I was a little hesitant to buy at a distance sight unseen but from the first call I received nothing but transparency and honesty. I requested some up close photos and video walk around. I got that shortly after my request, and in amazing detail! Mike was honest and forthright and answered all my questions with patience and respect. Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman Base model pre owned and have loved everyday with it. Only had one issue and that being something with the Valve Gas Breather. I have yet to fix it yet and it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t cause any noticeable performance issue (besides the decrease in fuel mileage), just the check engine light on. Other than that, I drive this around the island. Very easy to park and maneuver around. I am planning on getting the newer Mini Countryman about 2 years after they’re released so they can work out all the kinks and stuff.

I had to take a car back due to unforeseen circumstances on my side and it was easy as they helped me to find something more affordable and reliable in my price range. I took the current vehicle to my mechanic and not a issue at all. I have been working with Daniel Ross for months to find something and he is amazing and treats folks as he would wish to be treated. I bought a 2015 OS ES 4wd brand new. Once we had our second child in 2022 we outgrew it. My mom now drives it… it has 180k on it and we literally have NEVER had to do anything more than routine maintenance. We live in MN and this thing rips through the snow. The 4wd is far superior in the snow compared to awd. I bought a 2017 outlander to replace my 2015 Outlander Sport. It also has the 2.4L engine which is why I wanted it. It’s not as fancy on the interior as some vehicles but Anyone that actually drives one of these will tell you how reliable they are. We have a family and live in a suburb so the most important features for us are reliability, safety, fuel economy, and affordability which Mitsubishi hits all the marks!

This was my serving time purchasing from Auto Boutique and I was just as pleased as the first time. The car was in great condition, well maintained and cared for and priced reasonably. The quality is amazing. The dealership is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to complete my transaction.

Most City/HW Driving for me is around 26+ MPG (though I accelerate and drive a bit fast). As another review stated, you can get 33+ MPG if you stay 50-60MPH which is amazing. Handling is great, allows you to feel the road, doesn't feel too assisted, all of which is good imo. Body fits well into compact parking spaces. I like the "bare bones" interior design of the Standard version. Does exactly what I want it to do, no issues with any instruments/electronics. I find the car pretty comfortable, though the back seats are a bit cramped for average to taller people. Only issue I've found is I've had the catalytic converter stolen and both the dealership and the tow truck person said that the car is an easy target because they're higher off the ground and the converter is easy to get to. They've both recommended adding a cage, band, or other defensive measure to detract criminals. I've really enjoyed driving this car, will definitely hold onto this as I bought it brand new in 2021 and 2 years later now in 2023, I'm still enjoying driving this.

Is this 2020 Volvo still available. My granddaughter wants it but she lives in Bentonville AR. How do we transfer it. What are our options?

Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

Purchased my new 2021 OS 2.0 FWD at the height of the car shortage in December of 2021 for UNDER MSRP while every other car dealer make was doing $5K or more dealer market adjustment price hike over MSRP. Now 1.5 years later can definitely say it has been super reliable through 30K miles. Stock tires were never great on snow so did upgrade early to better Pirellis which improved handling and ride. It is a basic, reliable, adequate small SUV. I average 32 MPG in mixed driving. It is quite fast getting on the highway and I have to be careful because I often am doing way over the speed limit by the time I merge, those who claim it is slow do not know how to drive an ECO programmed CVT - how far the accelerator pedal is press determines the desired acceleration. Even now the dealer has a couple of left over 2022s for $22.5K - that is less than dealers are asking for new KIA Souls around here and $6K less than the lowest priced 2022 new Hyundai Venue.
