I have purchased a few cars from this dealership. Each time they have been fantastic in how they worked with me and treated me. As a result of my experience, I trust when I purchase a vehicle for me or my family, it is done with the best intentions and outcomes. Sean Goodgain took his time to make the encounter personal.

Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

Before I bought this I was driving a BMW 330i xdrive great car. But I wanted something which much more room and reliable. I had this car about 10 years ago and loved it. It’s great on gas drive smooth wish the engine would have a little more power. The interior is super comfy but feels a bit outdated. I feel like for a 28k car called sport it should be a little more sporty. Like electric seats fr example. But other than that interior is great heated seat are great ! Driving is alright and overall all I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 !

Bought my 4th vehicle from AutoNation Dodge Ram Arapahoe Rd. The guys at Unlimited had just the car I was looking for! As my wife and I approached the car we had our eyes on, we were delighted to see that a dealer had unlocked the car from the remote so we could check it out. Once we were in the car we fell in love with it. As I took it on a test drive I noticed a vibration in the steering and after mentioning it to the team they pulled it into their shop and fixed it on the spot. I acquired a Mini Countryman S, and it is a really fun vehicle! It has an engine and styling by engineering partner BMW, a Japanese transmission, and is assembled in the Netherlands. Here comes the BUT....be sure to at least be in the S (sport) level. The standard vehicle just does not produce the power that this larger and heavier vehicle needs. Also. be aware that this vehicle has a double clutch. Be sure you understand what that is before investing in this type of car. I personally wanted a car with personality that I would not see a million clones of on the road, such as the ubiquitous Nissan Rogue. There are some quirks I could do without, like the goofy accent lighting and counter intuitive door handles and hard to get used to gear stick. But there are attractive trim level upgrades that make this a fantastic vehicle, as well as some standard features...like the panoramic sunroof and roof rails. I suggest the sport seats, the power lift boot gate, the JCW steering wheel and Mini Connect. The Premium package is a great choice. I don't personally care for the ALL4 (4 wheel drive), as it's a 3k upgrade that I didn't find worth the extra money when driving an ALL4. My vehicle has the extremely fun paddle shifters, combine it with Sport Mode, and this car is the epitome of a total blast! Reliability you say? I was worried about that too, as like many car brands MINI is notorious. Well, they are changing perceptions. Routine Maintenance is included, paired with a decent warranty and the option to buy additional mechanical coverage...not a bad deal for 22 bucks a month for extended mechanical protection. I was seeking a smaller, stylish, zippy, sporty SUV with luxury finishes....and MINI fits that bill. Give MINI a try if you've never driven one!

The Outlander Sport is a fabulous CUV that is underrated. The handling and ride are perfect and does 0-60 in 7.7 seconds. The interior space is generous and attractive. The maintenance is simple to do. I change the oil and transmission service myself. The structure is solid and creak free. The car was a steal even in the sel trim.

Sold my car to Autonation. It was an extra, so we weren't replacing it. Of course, a dealer paid wasn't great. But Chris Corringan was great to work with. He did exactly what he said he would do, WITHOUT any bait-and-switch tactics. When we're in the market for another car, we'll definitely give them a first try.

I was selling my 2017 Forester XT to buy an e-bike to commute with instead and it couldn’t have been an easier process. Shawn came to my home, looked over all the paperwork, took a test drive and wrote me a check. He even allowed me to use the car to deposit the check! What a guy!!! Check cleared no problem and the car was picked up two days later at my convenience. Shawn gave me a price over KBB as well as Carvana and with the difference it paid for my bike along with the Colorado rebate. If you need to sell an extra vehicle Shawn and Custom Cars West is the way to go, no questions asked.

The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. Turns out that it just limits its own engine power whenever it's struggling. But it is a bit annoying, especially on longer trips.

Bought my 2015 last fall looks great drives great alot of fun . Faster than it looks . Not a extreme cold weather car . Handles great on snowy roads . I'm a bigger guy plenty of room . Would not want to sit behind me . I'd buy another

Typically don't write reviews, but buying from here was a relief compared to the other dealerships I went to on the same day. I didn't go through a telecom service, the salesman Lisandio contacted me directly, and gave me any information he could when I asksed. When we were done and I said I'd like to look at other offers, he said cool, let me know if your still interested. I went to Echo Park next. They tried to pressure me into buying, could barely tell me anything about the vehicle, the vehicle was in bad shape, and all service was automated in a bad way where you get left wondering if anything is happening. So I went back to Schomp, Lisandio had got me financing despite the car being older than 10 years, he walked me through everything. Schomp also did more service work on the vehicle too, new brakes and tires.

Performs flawlessly but charging technology is badly designed and takes too long. If Kia had their own chargers like Tesla, that would be better. But they don't.
