I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman Base model pre owned and have loved everyday with it. Only had one issue and that being something with the Valve Gas Breather. I have yet to fix it yet and it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t cause any noticeable performance issue (besides the decrease in fuel mileage), just the check engine light on. Other than that, I drive this around the island. Very easy to park and maneuver around. I am planning on getting the newer Mini Countryman about 2 years after they’re released so they can work out all the kinks and stuff.

Purchased this used for my son at a great value and it is a very engaging car to drive. Whats remarkable is how it has almost everything my BMW X7 has in terms of tech. It has plenty of pep and the ride is what I expected for a sporty small vehicle. Interior room is more than expected and the sunroof is much quieter than my BMW that you will forget its open. The build quality is better than any vehicle in this segment and MPG is better than what they list on the specs. Handling is precise and braking is grabby until you get used to it. The only negative is the Run Flat tires which I will replace.

I bought this used with 33k miles on it, after 10k miles of driving and almost 1 year of use, I must say this vehicle is one of the most reliable vehicles out of the others I ever owned! I got one of the rare ones with a 5 speed manual and it is fun to drive with that trans. The only investment I see coming is a new battery ,that is it!

We drove up from the Olympia area to look at a 2020 Jeep Gladiator they had in their inventory. The dealership, while being a little off the beaten path was a pleasant surprise. Though low staffed because of the State Stay at Home Order. We were allowed to view the vehicle, test drive, and buy the truck with no pressure. LOVE this car! Feels deluxe and fun to drive! It's as big as any other SUV, lots of stowage for trips. Drive in Standard Mode, ECO Mode, Sport Mode. High technology inside, Bluetooth, diagnostics, alert settings, too many bells & whistles to name them all. Built-in alarm & tracking system. Mini Logo door lights. Very reliable, won't leave you stranded.

My car needed a complete AC unit replacement, and he went above and beyond to help me with everything. He made sure all the labor and maintenance were covered under warranty, so I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. I really enjoyed working with him. I also want to thank the finance manager, AJ, for guiding me and recommending that I bring my car to Honda of Burien. Because of his advice, I received the best service. I like the vehicle a lot. Something I was wary about was the reliability as I had read reviews of the car losing power, the jerkiness of changing gear, and the crash detection sensor going off randomly. I had to replace the MAF sensor 3 times within the first month or two of owning the vehicle. I then came to realize it appears to be an electrical fault, when the crash detection sensor goes off (randomly, usually in rain or bright sunlight) it creates an issue with the vehicle's performance. I have started turning off the sensor every time I get in the vehicle and haven't had a single performance issue since. Long road trips through Washington rain and sunny Arizona. Disappointing to have to be inconvenienced, but it's a two second fix when I start the vehicle for a wonderful and fun and sporty ride.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Car delivers more than I expected. Two must have options are Technology Package and Driver Assistance Plus - that combination is hard to find. Sport seats are very comfortable. Lack of knobs and buttons is an issue - miss them. There is a huge learning curve transitioning to a touch screen. You must absolutely make use of the BMW "Genius" service. Highway MPG exceeds advertised value.

He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

Working on 2 years now with my new Buick, looking at this vehicle from the outside you really feel like you’re looking at an expensive car, the inside of the car is nicely done for the price point. First model year for the Envista. You have to expect some issues., I had my car in twice to have the radio reprogrammed or updated whichever you wanna call it. I’ve had the sunroof motor replaced as that has worn out. I haven’t had any other issues with the vehicle, the ride is great. It’s fairly quiet, it gets great gas mileage and it totally suits my need as far as space , comfort, and appearance. There are just a couple of things that I would change about this vehicle if I could. First, I would upgrade the sound system to something better, the sound system is pretty good but I bought the Avenir and one would think that model should’ve had a premium sound system. Express up windows could’ve been added, not just expressed down. The car could’ve used some additional sound deadening material. Buick are known for being quiet vehicles, I think the additional sound deadening and also maybe an 18 inch wheel in the satin nickel finish would’ve been nice. I have the 19 inch wheels and I think the 18 inch would’ve given it a better ride but it’s still pretty decent. The car is quiet however it is not that Buick quiet that I’ve had before in other Buicks. Would I buy this car again, probably not but not because there’s anything wrong with it, just because I would probably want to change. I’m at retirement age so I did buy this vehicle knowing I’m going to keep it probably as my last vehicle. Is it a nice vehicle absolutely, is it worth the money? Absolutely, should you buy one of these that’s entirely up to you after a test driving it, but I don’t think you would be disappointed as long as you understand what you’re paying for. You are not spending 40 to 50,000 on a vehicle buying this car and you’re getting something that looks definitely like it could be worth 40,000.

Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

My annual BMW service required an unexpected overnight stay. I live a distance from the dealership and my advisor, Rich Knoll, arranged for a Lyft home and a Lyft back the next morning. The car was serviced and picked up with a minimum of fuss and bother. Great job by Rich and BMW Northwest.

Mazda is comfortable, I'm in my 70's Reliable, rides great, great on gas. Something that is great on the road, Able to handle, I've handle: M-6 sadan, SUV 5, big enough good room ,and M-cx30 and 3. All long distance traveling. And not high maintenance. Good for all season
