This dealership is very responsive and accommodating. Everyone was very nice and not pushy. Service was professional but down to earth.

Only had my 2025 kicks sv a few months , 4k miles but I like it a lot , look , style, drives well and it very comfortable. Love all the included safety features that other car companies charge extra for . Gas mileage is incredible. Gave it a 5 across the board, as my last 3 new cars have been a Colorado , for maverick and jeep wrangler. Cost , value of the redesign kicks is much better imop . Dash layout and how easy everything is to use .

I've been meaning to write a review of a purchase from last December but life took over! I purchased a 2015 Lexus with 24K miles. I had been looking for a low mileage Lexus as my vehicle was on its way out. Soon as I saw the ad on a Saturday morning, I sent an inquiry online and received a call back from Firas within 15 minutes. The vehicle was not quite ready to test drive as a part was needed but I was kept up to date from Firas as to the status. I was able to put down a $1k deposit and be approved for financing on line. I have a 10-year old with lots of energy so was nice to be able to complete documents at home. I'm an hour away from Monterey, so when the vehicle was ready, my sis drove us to the dealership, test drove and completed paper work in about two hours. I was then off and away with my super low mileage Lexus RX 350. Easy and quick process! Highly recommend Audi Monterey. My hubby and daughter love the vehicle...I just need to watch my speeding. My kiddo enjoyed the hot chocolate as well. :) Hope this helps anyone looking for a used vehicle. I'm sure they have a great process for new purchases as well!

I purchased this vehicle when I traded in my 2021 Acura RDX. I like it because the Audi Q3 is smaller than my Acura. So far, the Audi has been a pleasure to drive. We'll see if I still feel the same way in a year or two. Hope so!

Bought brand new 9 miles on it now 5400 went from Iowa through Colorado to Arizona no problems other that forward Collison sensors getting dirty and the auto stop start not always working.I used rock mode on my trailhawk in canyon land it was a blast

This is a great vehicle for the money. Strong engine, and getting over 30 mpg. Comfortable, and with Jeep capability. Very happy with our choice.

Mazda is comfortable, I'm in my 70's Reliable, rides great, great on gas. Something that is great on the road, Able to handle, I've handle: M-6 sadan, SUV 5, big enough good room ,and M-cx30 and 3. All long distance traveling. And not high maintenance. Good for all season

Capitol Chevrolet was having a Memorial Day sale for Chevrolet EV Equinox. I went to the dealership and was greeted by Sam and he showed us the cars they had in stock with their MSRP. He provided us their list of dis- counts and the final purchase price. I had done some Google research and I know what I should be paying for the car. The price was better than I expected so I purchased the car. No high pressure sales and everyone was friendly and professional. I will be referring my friends and relatives to Capitol Chevrolet. No wonder DGDG has been in business for many years in Silicon Valley! They are a First Class dealership.

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

I found a used Ioniq 5 at a great price. Was contacted by Eric Wong who worked with me on pricing and looking into new and lease options. He was extra transparent - gave me all quotes with all fees included and wasn’t pushy. We got the used car and wrapped up our purchase within 90 minutes and we’re out the door to head home with a fully detailed car. Eric also loves food so he’ll tell you where to get a good meal too - good guy

My wife picked up the top of the line version used a year after it was released for under 40K. We have a level 2 charging system in place at home as we anticipated getting one EV. We immediately did a road trip from Denver, Colorado to upper state New York. I knew enough about EVs to know we'd be taking our time and learning as we went. We had some close calls as new EV owners, but always made it to our next level 3 charging station. We made it through some flooding roads in Chicago and our return trip was even faster as we'd learned much from the drive out. I loved the car so much I found the exact make and model (different color) and bought it six months later for under 30K. I wouldn't recommend anyone else road trip unless you've got time to stop frequently, but I use this daily to and from work as well as local excursions. I've had many vehicles over the last 30+ years and this is the nicest, most intuitive & fast (never leaving Eco Mode). I think the reason many are currently hitting the market and substantially lower prices than that initial $48K is most likely a leasing situation, so take advantage of the prices dropping on these very rewarding EVs.

Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

Very smooth drive ! Definitely makes you feel like your in total control comfortably as well as confidently! I had downsized from a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition, & I’m not disappointed at all ! The handle on this vehicle is amazing! It really makes you feel safe while driving! Overall an amazing car. 36,000 miles in just over 1 1/2 years (about 2,000 miles per month). Handles wonderfully, zero repairs so far. Gets 3.5 miles/kW on average in the NYC area - worst in winter, best when using no heat or AC in stop and go driving, but 3.5 is the average. Points taken off for reflective surfaces in the cabin that can blind you when sunlight hits them at the "right" angle. Some stupid head-unit and HVAC quicks (which car doesn't have them?), including settings that -should- stick when re-starting, but do not, and poor control of instrument lighting, which is not consistent across the dashboard. Lots of cargo space with rear seats folded down, and ample legroom in front AND back for passengers. So, I do love the car and love driving it. Would easily consider another Kia EV in the future.

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

Just bought a 2020 kia soul GT very nice car and I was so lucky to have such a wonderful sales man he is very kind person and he is one of the few people who will do everything to make you happy very honest person who consistently tells the truth and acts with integrity HIS NAME IS ASH I would highly recommend him for my family and friends not because the great deal for my new car also he spent a good time with my family from the first 5 minutes I felt very comfortable with him Ash is one of the few people you will be very happy to work with him Thank you so much ASH. Like all the other reviews I've read, a great car, fun to drive, comfy, quiet, peppy, good range. (All these based on price class, of course you can spend twice as much to get comfier, quieter, peppier, batter range.) A couple of points: hold out for the Premier trim level-- the view astern with the conventional rear view mirror is marginal at best, for safety on the highway and ease of parking you'll want the rear view camera display in the mirror and the other camera that help parking which come with the Premier level. A little scare with the charger that came with it- glitched out on me, and unplugging it and plugging it in again didn't fix. Took it to the dealership and it worked fine. Looking on the web later, it turns out that if the charger gets hung, you have to leave it unplugged for a few minutes for it to reset, which is probably what the trip to the dealership did. Only happened once, fine since then. Nitpicky- the charger is supposed to be mounted upright, cord down, for rain protection, but the 240 volt cord is too short to do that unless the 240 volt outlet is mounted upside down so the outlet itself catches rain. If you plan to mount your charger outside, plan on doing under some kind of overhang to protect from rain. Wheels can spin out with the great acceleration and two wheel drive, especially in rain. I've gotten used to the AWD of my Subaru Forester, so a bit of a shift. But Bolt is a xxxx sight quieter and a bit more comfortable than the forester. Bet the Forester get the front spot in our driveway in snowy weather.

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

I want to commend Saeed and the other staff who helped me purchase and stand behind the 2015 JEEP Wrangler I bought in September. They were accessible when I needed their help and on my side when I had a problem with getting repairs covered by a 3rd Party repairs warranty I purchased.

2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

We just purchased a Cayenne from Porsche Stevens Creek and it was hands down the BEST car buying experience we ever had! This was in huge part to Kris Yu! Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. Turns out that it just limits its own engine power whenever it's struggling. But it is a bit annoying, especially on longer trips.
