I want to express my deepest appreciation to Max Ricci for his professionalism and efforts to locate a Certified Pre-Owned Audi A6 with very specific options on it. I came from Colorado to Billings; MT seeking to retire and obtain my dream car. I went to Audi - Bozeman and was greeted by a very nice person who referred me to Max because he was currently with a client. Max took me on a test drive because I had never ridden in an Audi before, but heard a lot of excellent things about them. Wow was I amazed! The A6 was exactly what I wanted but could not afford a new one. Max immediately began looking for what I wanted. Unfortunately, the Audi dealership in CO knew what I wanted prior to visiting Bozeman and called within a few days with the perfect car for me and my budget. It was a demo driven by one of the owners that was just made available for sale. I could not refuse the offer and regret not being able to buy the car from Max. He is honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the Audi product with many years of experience to back up what he says. Thank you, Max. I like the vehicle a lot. Something I was wary about was the reliability as I had read reviews of the car losing power, the jerkiness of changing gear, and the crash detection sensor going off randomly. I had to replace the MAF sensor 3 times within the first month or two of owning the vehicle. I then came to realize it appears to be an electrical fault, when the crash detection sensor goes off (randomly, usually in rain or bright sunlight) it creates an issue with the vehicle's performance. I have started turning off the sensor every time I get in the vehicle and haven't had a single performance issue since. Long road trips through Washington rain and sunny Arizona. Disappointing to have to be inconvenienced, but it's a two second fix when I start the vehicle for a wonderful and fun and sporty ride.

I have nothing but great things to say working with this dealership. My sales representative Kyle was nothing but professional and helpful in my vehicle search. After striking out trying to find the right vehicle I was able to work with him and built a custom order to fit my needs. I will be back to purchase future vehicles with him and it has been the best buying process I have ever experienced. No pushy sales tactics which is rare for a car dealership. Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

Amazing people to buy a car from! Very helpful in every aspect and made me feel cared for and not tricked at all. I would highly suggest this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or preowned vehicle.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

Alejandro and Miles have been great to work with. Made everything fast, easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely do business with them again, even as an out of state buyer.

Great all around car, no reliability issues. Fun to drive and is big enough to comfortably seat 5. I have really enjoyed this new car.

This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.

While traveling in Grand Tetons and Yellowstone, the screw attaching the rear mud flap on our Honda Pilot worked loose. Since there was no dealer nearby, we improvised with duct tape. We located the Honda dealer in Bozeman and decided to try to get it fixed before our 800+ mile trip back to Seattle. When I called the parts department, I was glad to find out they had 2 in stock and told the parts manager (Mike?) that we would be in the next morning to have it installed. He assured me that they would be able to take care of it and put the car on the hoist and had it done within a few minutes. He apologized about having to charge me $3 per screw. When I asked how much the installation cost, he surprised us by saying there was no charge. That surely made our day! Thank you to all the wonderful people we encountered--from the receptionist to the parts manager and the auto techs who installed the screw for us. My only regret is that I won't be able to continue receiving the great service from this dealer for my car.

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

I was travelling through Bozeman in early October, visiting family, planning to depart on a Saturday morning. Friday afternoon while getting my car ready for the trip, all of the dash lights and warning bells went off when I turned on the car. This did not make any sense at all for a well maintained Forester with 57,000 miles. The owners manual suggested a problem with the transmission. I called Gallatin Subaru and was connected with Jake. Once he understood the symptoms he said that travelling to the Seattle area was not a good idea until the diagnostics could be reviewed. There was a possibility that the transmission control body was the issue, an $1,800 repair. They were unable to see me that afternoon and even more unfortunately, did not have techs working on Saturdays. Jake was very understanding; however, that I needed to get back on the road as soon as possible and said they could take a look first thing Monday morning. Most likely they would be able to get me on the road that day. They came through as promised. The issue turned out to be rodent damage to the wiring harness - a common problem in that area when temperatures start to drop. The repair was complete by mid-morning. Working with Jake from the Service department was pleasant and very easy. He was patient on Friday with my frustration over an unexpected and potentially costly repair and was able to answer all of my questions. He was at the service desk Monday morning and came through as promised on a same-day repair. While he offered additional maintenance, it was not a hard sell, and I felt comfortable that the car would make the next leg of my trip with just the wiring harness repair. I would absolutely recommend this service department. My only reason for a 4-star rating is that they could not get me in sooner. But I very much appreciate that they were able to juggle their Monday morning schedule and get me back on the road as quickly as they did. The service and repair work was top notch!

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!

I had a great experience both with sales and with repair in the shop. All I can say is I will always go to Snyder first in the future when looking for a vehicle. They went above and beyond. Thank you Pete in sales and Levi in the shop!

I own several American cars in the past and I'll never buy another American car again after buying this Subaru. I feel a lot safer and a lot more comfortable in the Subaru Crosstrek than I ever felt in any American car built that I ever drove

2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

Although we did not buy a new Subaru I must recommend Zack Novak and Gallatin Motors as an excellent sales person and a great dealership! All our questions were answered in a thoughtful and informative way. As the owner of eight Subarus over the last 40 plus years I know of what I speak and these folks are excellent.

i had some work done on my pickup. John the Mechanic Did an excellent job! he fixed the problem in a extremely timely matter. with no troubles at all. he also made suggestions to me about some other minor issues. Sammy the Service Writer made everything go very smoothly. i would definitely recommend the Snyder Service team!

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

If all dealerships operated the way this one does people wouldn't dread buying new cars. I worked with Sam and got to meet some of the other salespeople on the team during my shopping process. Sam took great care of our needs and made sure we got the perfect vehicle for our needs. These guys aren't super pushy like most other places. 10/10 would shop with them again.

Didn't know much about this car until i got it. Car is good, economical , looks good. Didn't see much of them on the roads a year ago, but there are many of them now. This shows its gaining popularity.

I own a 2017 Honda HRV 1.5 Petrol FW CVT (European model). I’m the first owner and I just reached 220k Kilometers. No issues so far except for a start/stop button replacement and a scheduled suspension replacement (200k). All the services and oil changes were made on time according to the manual. I also started doing the oil/fluid changes (engine & cvt transmission) in less kilometers than the proposed schedule once the car reached 180k kilometers. The European edition 1.5 petrol motor responds well but I believe that a bigger motor would be more suitable for the specific model. I’ve traveled a lot on asphalt, gravel and snow (with a good pair of snow tires) and in temperatures varying between 14 to 113 Fehrenheit.

Maintenance preformed when due, tires replaced at 45,000 miles, Brake job due now at 55,000 miles not any transmission, AC problems, the only complaint is the road noise. You have to take care of your car if you want it to last. I love my Rogue

Have owned a 2021 Rogue Sport for 6 months. I’ve noticed a lot of people commenting on acceleration issues while merging on HWY. unless mine is in eco mode I have no problem merging at HWY speeds.
