I met Gregg Guetzlaff between Christmas and New Years when I arrived at the dealership about a 2019 Audi RS 5 I had seen advertised online. He had told me the vehicle was at the Audi dealership awaiting a part that was on back order. Instead of swaying me away from this car and sell me another vehicle on the lot he told me all about the vehicle and answered the questions I had. Once my questions were answered we spoke about the vehicles he had owned as well as the vehicles I had owned and realised that we have very similar likes in manufactures. He is very neat in appearance, is very personable and has a great attitude. Gregg kept in touch for about two weeks during the process of waiting for the part arrive and get installed by the Audi dealership. When the RS5 was repaired and back at Landers McLarty Ford I scheduled an appointment with him as quickly as I could. While on a thorough test drive he got to know we got to know each other better as well as him answering more questions about the vehicle. After the test drive it did take me a little bit to decide if it was going to be a good buy for me. During that process he did not pressure me at all nor use shady tactics to oversell the vehicle. Gregg was able to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade in as well as assist with securing financing with a good interest rate and term for me. I’ve had my 2019 trax 52k miles for almost 3 years, absolutely love the car no problems so far(knock on wood) only small minor inconvenience a ground wire got a little dusty and was cleaned. I have done the pcv fix as Chevy did not make it good for these engines in the long run. Not a lot of power for my liking so I modified some components. Not very friendly for tall people im 6’3 and have my seat set almost all the way back.

I have only shopped online looking for one specific truck. I have been contacted to talk about wanting to buy. That person was so nice, laid back did not try to push something else on me. I received a follow up call letting me know they got in a Chevy Colorado but it had a manual transmission. They continue to look for what I want to buy but are not pushy they keep a watch out for the desires vehicle I'm interested in. Thanks, Lower Brother's.

Have owned a 2021 Rogue Sport for 6 months. I’ve noticed a lot of people commenting on acceleration issues while merging on HWY. unless mine is in eco mode I have no problem merging at HWY speeds.

I found a SUV my mom was interested in online, we drove all over Birmingham to check out some other vehicles she was interested in. 28C - 32 MPG. Excellent maneuverability, easy to maintain, lots of room for cargo if needed. Seats 4 very comfortably, 5 comfortably. Heated seats, steering wheel, good heater and air conditioning. Comfortable drive, very good visual for driving.

They were very accommodating. Knowledgeable and willing to share information on the car. Very friendly and walked you through the steps easily.

I purchased this car in the spring of 2022 for my teenager driver. This is a fantastic car for a young driver. It won't win any street races (nor do I want it to for a teen), gets fantastic mileage, is nimble (particularly nice for them parking at school) and is packed with features that you find on more expensive cars (such as wireless Apple Car Play0---which my wife's 2022 Audi Q3 doesn't even have). Add the long term warrant coverage and this is a very good buy. At just over $21k, I am very pleased with this car almost a year after buying it.

The only problem with any of the kicks is they are very small inside Great if you are a small short person, 40 mpg will make you OVERLOOK THAT😂

Dealership had an excellent selection of vehicles available. Pricing was excellent compared to other dealerships with similar vehicles. Negotiations proceeded well and they were very upfront with information to help make a decision. They were helpful but not overbearing. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I live about 115 miles from the dealership and notified them that I planned to pick up the vehicle about three days from hen we finalized the purchase. However, they contacted me a few hours later and offered to deliver it to me.

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

I am 67 years old and have purchased many new vehicles over the years. I have to say that I always have that, did I get a good deal or did I pay too much feeling. This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

You can't beat the price of these vehicles on the used market. I found a Premier with 36k miles in great shape at a great price. If you're looking for a commuter vehicle and want to find out what the EV experience is all about, highly recommend.

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

I brought my Trax about one year ago. No problems at all. Very comfortable to drive. Gas mileage is very good. I would buy another Trax again.

It's a great car, except for the fact it sometimes does NOT have enough power. whenever I accelerate from 0, it may take up to a second or two to actually accelerate. in roads going upwards, not even full throttle will make it accelerate enough.

I bought a Toyota CHR 2021 model 4 years ago. It was a demo with less than 1500 km's. It is reliable, comfortable and sleek. The only thing I dont like with the vehicle are handles at the back, but overall good performance and it is a good buy.

I had decided on the Hyundai Venue before visiting the dealership. What I needed was the individual packages. I have had the car for a short time. But I am very pleased with the ride and the performance.

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

I have had pickups since 1973. My sister bought a Seltos 2 years ago and loved it. I bought one and cannot complain. It’s a 4 cyl so don’t expect to burn rubber but it will get you any place you want to go. Very happy so far…

Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !
