I purchased a 2026 BMW M340 xDrive at BJ BMW, and it was by far the most efficient and smoothest car purchase I have ever made. I had the pleasure of working with Russ Millard, who maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. Despite setbacks with my initial custom-ordered vehicle, Russ worked diligently to secure an identical M340 with all the same options. He was also very mindful of my busy work schedule and made sure everything was ready when I arrived to pick up the car, allowing me to be on the road within a couple of hours without any issues. Russ Millard and Robert Trax both dedicated significant time over the phone answering all of my questions and truly made me feel like they were on my side, working to provide me with a great deal rather than making the process feel like a battle, as it often does at other dealerships. Russ went above and beyond expectations to ensure I was happy and satisfied with the final price right up until the moment I drove away. Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

Always well cared for here. Service is well explained and video from the technician is a fun touch. This is not the closest service center to my house but I prefer coming here!

Drives smooth. Great with the electronics. The car is very high tech and up to date. I would definitely recommend this car !! Very spacious and has alot of leg room!

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.

Overall a great experience with Napleton's Oak Lawn Mazda Sales team was easy to work with specifically Ali Sayes. Got good deal on msrp and not pressure.

I love my CX30. Only a few very minor complaints. The back seat is small. I would only recommend it for small children. Since i'm the only user, it doesn't really apply to me. The car overall is small, which makes it easier to maneuver and more fun to drive than larger CX models. I'm 6'3 tall and have no problem fitting in the driver's seat - plenty of head and leg room. The other complaint is the small gas tank (under 13 gallons). Even though, I don't regret buying my CX30. It's a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend not looking at any trim level lower than premium due to all the options the premium includes. I opted for the non-turbo. It's fast enough without it, and was 3K less.

While traveling from out if state,we had a vehicle breakdown. At that time/day, all repair shops were closed. So taking a gamble we dropped the car off at Napleton Ford of Oaklawn. I bought this car brand new for $15,800 and this has been an absolutely great car now !06,000 miles and it still runs great. Only a couple of repairs. during that time. I have gone across the country several times.

I’ve had my 2019 trax 52k miles for almost 3 years, absolutely love the car no problems so far(knock on wood) only small minor inconvenience a ground wire got a little dusty and was cleaned. I have done the pcv fix as Chevy did not make it good for these engines in the long run. Not a lot of power for my liking so I modified some components. Not very friendly for tall people im 6’3 and have my seat set almost all the way back.

A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

My 2023 Nissan Kicks has everything I was looking for in a new vehicle and then some. It has all of the comforts, technology and safety features that anybody could ask for. Plus the ride is really smooth, and you can turn on a dime.

2023 Taos really fits. Even having the S model. The SUV looks slick! Gas mileage is pretty darn good! And the response for a 4 cylinder is great! Really happy with my purchase! Best looking SUV youll find in the $25k-$30k area!

I'm 6', 200#; adjustable seat (Activ) makes comfortable, more leg room in back than my previous drive (2013Terrain). 6-7 mpg better than previous; beating expected overall mpg by 1-2 mpg. Will see how FWD compares to AWD Terrain this winter season. So far, more than extremely pleased.

Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

Interior is wonderful, love everything about this vehicle. Drives great, looks great, and was very affordable. I just feel very safe in this vehicle and I love it.

Volkswagen has an ongoing issue with the blender actuator in the dash for your vents. They have no idea about it yet I went to all the brand new cars on the line. They still are coming out like that. 2022 Volkswagen Taos se
