Strengths **Styling**: The QX80 features elegant exterior and interior design that outshines most competitors. The Navigator's redesign was disappointing, while the Wagoneer lacks refinement. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Only Wagoneer models with Hemi V8s offer more. Weaknesses **No Homelink**: Inexplicably lacks the standard garage door opener system. Instead uses "myQ," requiring compatible equipment and Wi-Fi. This was my first time buying a car out of state and John Reyes made it as smooth as possible. He was always answering my (many) questions in a very timely manner and there were no hidden costs or fees. I had an issue with the shipping company, but that is a 3rd party which shipped my car from Texas to California so that is not his fault. He also said I would not need to go to the DMV, but that was not quite true (I had to go once for a VIN verification appointment). Assuming he did not know that, I would say this was an overall good buying experience, especially for my first out of state purchase. I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

The Genesis GV70 we purchased new is delivering a on the promise of being an exceptional SUV. We have a GV80 and adding the GV70 to our corral has only deepened our appreciation for the Genesis brand. The GV70 is a great SUV and I look forward to driving it every day. Fit and finish are industry leading, and the driving comfort is exceptional. Handling are braking are superb. I have owned five Audis and our Genesis GV70 and GV80 deliver a better overall ownership experience. The Genesis brand has slightly different take on "luxury" than the Europeans, and I like it! If I needed another vehicle, I would go for another GV70. You will not be disappointed if you purchase a Genesis GV70, or any other Genesis vehicle.

I brought my car in to inspect a knocking noise in the rear of the car. My Service Advisor, Eddy Waters, had one of his technicians ride with me in the parking lot and diagnosed the problem. I left the car and received a loaner vehicle in a matter of minutes. This type of service is consistent with Eddy. The vehicle was diagnosed, put in line for repair, and the vehicle was repaired and then washed for pickup by the end of the day. This is what I call excellent customer service. This is always the case with Eddy Waters and his team.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

That’s something I can’t say about several other luxury brands I’ve owned, including BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac, which tend to develop interior noises far earlier. On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. You’re getting a large, comfortable, powerful, and well‑built luxury SUV that prioritizes reliability and long‑term durability over chasing trends. It’s not perfect, but nothing in this class is. What the QX80 does, it does exceptionally well, and that’s why it earns a full five stars from me.

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

I purchased my 2021 Santa Fe Calligraphy in February of 2021. J.T. was my sales person. I cannot recommend J.T. and this dealership enough. My vehicle is currently in the shop after my son had a minor accident. The service department did not have any loaner vehicles available so I decided to call J.T and see if there was anyway he could help. Not only did he remember me from 2 years ago but he worked with Sam to provide me with a loaner from the sales department. I need to also mention that Sam has helped me in the past as well. I am so impressed with the quality of service this dealership provides. They don't forget about you once the papers are signed and you drive off the lot. They are there for you, whether it's J.T or Sam in sales, or Justin in service who has even offered to drive me home after he was off work, I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to give my business to. Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change
