Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

Noah was the sales person. Very easy to communicate with and very thoughtful in each detail requested. He went out of his way to secure a good experience throughout the process. His manager (Mike) was very helpful in procuring the information needed to sell my car and offer an exceptional deal.

As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

Such a great overall car. 2.0 turbo, almost beat a sedan BMW in a race..LOL. Very very comfortable, They have ACTUAL HVAC, into the back 3RD row so they aren't always hot or cold. They are very quiet inside or driving around. Smooth like a Lexus. Recommend now my whole family has a ATLAS

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

Easy and down to earth people. Love the car. Although they were out of bottles of water and no popcorn even though there was a machine there. It makes it look like they are just props.

Had this car for about a year now . Very comfy with lots of adjustments and massage . Wireless charging is not very thorough through thing but the rest is just fine .

Told us to bring our Prius in, and they topped off all of the fluids, and inspected our car NO CHARGE. No other dealer would be this GREAT, and extend such a COURTESY! If we move down here we WILL BUY our next vehicle from Gettel Toyota!!!

I have. A2002 4 runner with almost 400,000 miles and I love it still traveling to other states on it and I leave my 2015 at home I only use it for work , had a 96 Camry for 15 yrs sold it with a little mileage like 300,890 miles and my sister still outing more miles on it Toyas last as long as you maintain them

I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

That’s something I can’t say about several other luxury brands I’ve owned, including BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac, which tend to develop interior noises far earlier. On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. We had a wonderful experience with Brad and the internet manager Erin. They went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. Everyone has been 5 star until we discovered the next day that we don’t have a spare tire, lug wrench, jack and key for wheel locks. We never thought to check for those things as they always come with the car. Today I was told we will have to find our own... what? Don’t feel that is right so hoping that this will be corrected. I would recommend the dealership, Brad and Erin, but I would tell you to make sure everything is in the car.

I was the original owner of this car and it was an amazing vehicle. Was my favorite vehicle I have ever had! My needs changed so I moved onto something different. This car was very loved and very much taken care of and whoever buys this, is getting one heck of a vehicle!

I have been purchasing cars for 52 years. Most of those have been BMW's, Mercedes and Infinity's. I purchased a new Genesis GV80 last year. I love this SUV. Recently there were some service lights coming on for the ABS and Driver Assist features. Although I live an hour from Ocala, FL I had a bad service experience (or lack thereof) with our Genesis dealer here in Gainesville and decided to call Jenkins Genesis of Ocala. What a pleasant experience. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to meeting my service advisor, Adam Croner the customer service I received was beyond! Adam could not have been more professional, helpful and caring. He had great product knowledge, people skills and truly cared about me - the customer. I can honestly say that with Jenkins service experience was better in every way than any of the car manufacturers and dealerships I mentioned. What a great dealership. The beautiful new waiting area was fantastic with internet, a cafe and large screen TV's. Everyone was clearly well trained and knew how customers should be teated. Keep up the great work. Traded my 23 Atlas SE Technology V6 for the 24 SEL R-Line premium. This SUV is fantastic, a great value, reliable and the performance of the turbo 4 engine is excellent and most impressive. I've driven Volkswagen's for years and this one hasn't disappointed. Advice to Volkswagen, bring back the TDI!

Darrin Grant was the most personable and easy going sales person! He got us what we wanted for our trade and sat with us in the back seat of the car introducing us to the car, like connecting our phones and going over the options on the dashboard. He helped us for 15 or 20 minutes. He then told us to call him from home anytime we have a question about the car and he would talk us through it. 10 out of 10!

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

Purchased a used car 2019,sonata. Under the impression that as a used car with a inspection done. That 3 months after purchase I wouldn't be told I need repairs in the future. Brakes,rotors,cv replacement. Felt like it wasn't worth the dealerships time to do it.

I really like my 2022 Acura MDX, it’s a luxury SUV. It’s pretty and it’s just for me. The problem, I have only had it for 22 months and the starter went. It cost us $950.00 to replace the starter, that didn’t include the labor. Thank God my husband has quite a bit of knowledge on installing starters. Problem number 2, reverse light needs to be replaced, that’s the hold panel and the cost is a whopping $500.00 and something dollars. The 60,000! mile maintenance has to be done in the next few months. The dealer charges $1,325,00, Honda charges $835.00 but it has to be done. But again, I love my car and I plan on having it for years to come.

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

Bought a 2024 Tucson SEL. Overall I love it. I’ve noticed in the less than two weeks I’ve owned it a couple of flaws. The automatic RADIO volume adjustment does not appear to work. And more problematic and safety oriented is the driver side sun visor. It is not the expandable (slider) variety. So you have to take your eyes off of traffic and duck your head to push it to the driver side window. NOT GOOD.

I just recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. I’ve had a Lincoln Aviator , Ford Explorer, Expedition, still have it and a Jeep Grand Cherokee , Tahoe . This Hyundai is so much more comfortable , handles great 👍🏻. It’s a beauty !

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.
