after being burnt by Audi i wasnt looking for another expensive classy luxury car id drive that q5 500 miles and it would start breaking down finally i got sick of being stranded and gave it away at 100k miles it needs about 7000 in work easily ! a suzuki was the last car on my mind but after driving it i was hooked the suzuki i bought was in an accident with a deer so the guy wanted it gone his insurance totaled it because the deer damaged the hood the front bumper and a headlight assembled all of which are easily replaced by anyone with mechanical aptitude! the insurance company loss my gain this suzuki has already been a million times better than my audi q5 not stylish or classy but runs circles around my audi in dependability and fuel milage ! a car isnt much good if its always breaking down suzuki is no longer in america because they ran forever and dont break down ! my only regret is that i didn't purchase 3 of them for the price of one audi and im sure there are many like myself whom wish they had shown more support for suzuki !

This is the best car I have ever owned. Very reliable and easy to repair. Mechanics will alsways take advantage because there are no many Suzuki around. But, you can do a decent job by yourself if you order spare parts. Is Suzuki back in Canada? They make reliable and less expensive cars. Thanks Suzuki, I ❤️ your cars!

this car is perfect for me except for two small problems. The steering wheel is not adjustable. so that when I'm driving I cannot see the clock on the dashboard. so I always have to shift around to be able to see what time it is. secondly, if you want to use the roof rack you have to unscrew the radio antenna. I'm afraid I'm going to lose it! other than that it's a great little four-wheel drive. I can carry all my stuff from home Depot inside it on top of it. it looks cute and it's great on gas.

I visited to look at a 2013 Sonata and ultimately decided to buy a 2022 Palisade for my whole family. I am impressed by the courtesy and service they offer. It is on another level. Love this car! Would buy it again over and over. Have 257,000 miles on mine and still going. Other than brakes and tires, very minimal repairs. Interior, the back seat had an issue because I put too much weight in the trunk, and it is known to buckle. Exterior is cheap and has just started to rust after 13 years in one corner of one fender. The only major repair I have had was on the rear suspension and because these are no longer made, I couldn't find a new part for it, but it was easy to find one at a junk yard. This is a reliable daily driver for me and I take it everywhere. The only people I wouldn't recommend it for is someone really tall. I had 6"2" driver, and he fit, but not as comfortably as he would have liked.

This is really a Nissan Frontier at a chaeper price and with better emmenities and exterior styling. Gas mileage is that of a truck. Has get pickup and rides well for having the off road package(AMZ). Most expert reviews did not do it justice. Don't base your decision on them, drive it for your self then decide. Great dollar value.

I've put about 4K miles on my car so far. I have a mechanic family member who loves this brand so I decided to give it a try. The AWD and affordable price were some appealing hooks for me as well. Wanted an Audi but didn't want the Audi price tag and maintenance costs --been there done that! To be honest though, it was when I sat inside it's ultra comfortable interior and hear the roar of the motor that I made my final decision to purchase this vehicle! Later I learned it had really good crash ratings due Suzuki adding extra metal into the vehicle and extra air bags. It also has really good brakes and handling according to Suzuki tests (I can't disagree so far). When it came out, I'm sure it was one of the absolute best vehicles out dollar for dollar, especially with AWD.

I love my new truck. It's not broke in so I'm only getting 17-20 MPG but I hope it will improve in 3,000 miles. I couldn't be happier with this vehicle, it's great and looks much better than the Frontier and it has 4 wheel disk brakes and a 5 speed auto transmission while the Nissan is only 2 wheel disks and 4 speed auto.

I did a Long term test on the Suzuki XL7 it did good not bad for a SUV it .3.6 v6 did good we put 151 532 miles on it andthe Suzuki XL7 did really good in the winter and it did good the summer andi say it did better then the Chevrolet Equinox that did Long term test drive

Seeing one of these auto's is as elusive as seeing a Quattro being towed out of snow. All 4 model years were released ( approximately only 20 thousand from those years are here in the states) before I saw one. From a distance it appears to look like a VW Golf GTI in the grille area with contour lines and a front lower fascia of an Audi. From the side it had a side skirt of a VW Scirocco. I thought at first it was a new Volkswagen model. Then as it passed I saw the beautiful sculptured rear end and Suzuki badging? What had happened was VW was in talks with Suzuki early in 2009 and latter purchased stake in Suzuki that same year. Inside and out you can see the touches of VW, Audi and Suzuki. Fine quality of parts, fit and finish along with craftsmanship. They however were unfortunate in their release (recession of economy at the time) and lack of advertising. Great highway ride. Plenty of power and cruised along acheiving 22mpg with a v-6 and a tonneau cover. Truck feels solid all the way around AND HAS HIGH SAFETY RATINGS. Paying less FOR INSURANCE than I did for my 2001 truck. Comfortable seats, good road clearance and visibility while driving. Would recommend if you can find one and have a dealer close by.

This Suzuku is great for a single person, couple or very small family. The car runs extremely well with regular maintenance and gets great gas mileage. It's easy to maneuver and affordable to take care of. The interior is great for an individual or a couple. Otherwise, adding multiple adults in the back or a carseat makes the car a tight squeeze for anyone.

Picked up a 2012 Equator 4x4 crew cab sport long bed in Jan of '13. Needed a truck and it was a good deal. I knew I'd be OK with it, but it has been so far beyond OK. Beating the EPA estimates by a wide margin, even with a load and in the hills. Comfortable and the ride and drive is much better than I ever expected. Excellent build quality. I LOVE this truck. More capable than many bigger trucks. Mechanically, it's a Nissan, so no worries on parts. Too bad Suzuki couldn't market it better. The only thing I goofed on is that the dealer had two when I first contacted them. Should have bought both.

Yeah, it’s a bit of a meme it being so old, having a grueling time to 60 mph, and having gold rims. It’s about the character though, the amount of “car” you get out of it is unbeatable, it’s such a slow car but flooring it and hearing the tiny v6 roar like a v8 never gets old. This truly is a luxury car it’s many features and quirks make it such a love able car, your happy to see it, it’s happy to see you.
