I had a 2012, and unfortunately it rusted out on the bottom. Otherwise, I miss this car so much. It was the best little car. The perfect size. I had the basics. No Sun Roof. Don't need one. I loved the way it handled and it was spacious while staying compact. I am fine with its design and simplicity. It would be amazing if this exact car with AWD (so important) was made available to we consumers in the US as a base model. Also, I might want to rust proof my car and please Suzuki, take care of that issue. I believe rusting out was exclusive to the 2012 model.

This is the best car I have ever owned. Very reliable and easy to repair. Mechanics will alsways take advantage because there are no many Suzuki around. But, you can do a decent job by yourself if you order spare parts. Is Suzuki back in Canada? They make reliable and less expensive cars. Thanks Suzuki, I ❤️ your cars!

I think it's a great running car, however it was listed as having Navigational which it did, but not working. Once again my fault for not checking prior to buying. The car itself seems to run good, great mileage and body

Jack was so great to work with when buying a car for my college kid. My son was very nervous going into this and then when he met Jack and then later his daughter, my son felt very comfortable with the experience. Jack is an honest guy and really seems to be looking out for anyone who buys a car from him. I will refer people to his place and look to his place when in need of a car in the future.

Bought a chrysler sebring with 20,000 miles on it 7 years ago (now 65,000) Routine maintenance. Never an issue. Still running great. Best deal I ever made in my 50 years of buying and driving.

Love this car! Would buy it again over and over. Have 257,000 miles on mine and still going. Other than brakes and tires, very minimal repairs. Interior, the back seat had an issue because I put too much weight in the trunk, and it is known to buckle. Exterior is cheap and has just started to rust after 13 years in one corner of one fender. The only major repair I have had was on the rear suspension and because these are no longer made, I couldn't find a new part for it, but it was easy to find one at a junk yard. This is a reliable daily driver for me and I take it everywhere. The only people I wouldn't recommend it for is someone really tall. I had 6"2" driver, and he fit, but not as comfortably as he would have liked.

I was surprised when I bought the suzuki sx4 you do not feel like it working hard to stay with hyway speed it goes like it has a bigger motor i think it is a great car I wish they still bought it in to the USA cause they are so great I like it so much and I will miss it cause they do not have dealers anymore in the US.

I did a Long term test on the Suzuki XL7 it did good not bad for a SUV it .3.6 v6 did good we put 151 532 miles on it andthe Suzuki XL7 did really good in the winter and it did good the summer andi say it did better then the Chevrolet Equinox that did Long term test drive

Ben Morning is a wonderful salesman! I came out to spitzer's to look at a GMC that I had seen online, and it was sold! My eye caught a beautiful, white SUV sitting there and I asked Ben if it was sold and he said no! I took it for a test drive and when I returned, he said that I was the first one to test drive it and that it hasn't even been through service yet! I told him I wanted it! I've put about 4K miles on my car so far. I have a mechanic family member who loves this brand so I decided to give it a try. The AWD and affordable price were some appealing hooks for me as well. Wanted an Audi but didn't want the Audi price tag and maintenance costs --been there done that! To be honest though, it was when I sat inside it's ultra comfortable interior and hear the roar of the motor that I made my final decision to purchase this vehicle! Later I learned it had really good crash ratings due Suzuki adding extra metal into the vehicle and extra air bags. It also has really good brakes and handling according to Suzuki tests (I can't disagree so far). When it came out, I'm sure it was one of the absolute best vehicles out dollar for dollar, especially with AWD.

Bought my Suzuki kiashi used with 150,000 miles on it in 2023. Some issues that needed repair? Heck yeah! It needed new rear shocks and struts. Had that done and absolutely nothing else wrong with it. Is it a sports car? Heck no. It's a beautiful, sensible road car. Good economy, good looks, great, and I really mean great, interior. Comfortable for my 6'1" frame and features (auto wipers, auto dimming rear view mirror, memory driver seat settings, auto and duel ac/heat settings and the Fosgate sound system) make it a true pleasure to drive. I've driven a BMW and the Suzuki Kiashi is so close to that experience I can't truly tell the difference. About the only real complaint I have is the exterior paint. Mine is metallic blue and it has an issue with the clear coat beginning to deteriorate. But after all it is an 11 year old car. Believe me I will keep and care for this car and a paint job isn't that big an issue. Would I buy another Kaishi? Without a seconds hesitation. It's a great used car and I'm just sorry Suzuki stopped importing them to the U. S.

Good car, simple, robust, easy to work on. Have had about 1 or two motor swaps though and a couple of clutches. Otherwise good car nothing special.

Love this car! Just turned 50K miles. Probably can get another 200K out of this car! The only complaint is there is a creaking noise in the front when you first start up the car and go. It fades away afterwards. I brought it into the dealer where purchased and they cant find anythng. This is the only bad thing not having a true Suzuki dealership left!

Bought the car ('12 SLS) at 73k, a deer took it out at 203k. Over 130,000 miles I've had to replace brake pads, tires and the two rear shocks. Oh, and once in a while I remembered to change the oil; it often went 10,000 mile intervals but with good oil and filters. That's it. It's been an extremely reliable car. With the AWD and dedicated snow tires it handles driving in the snow better than any other car I've had. For a few years I commuted about 950 miles a week. The heated leather seats are quite comfortable. In snow storms I could literally comfortably drive 60 mph when most everyone one else was at 25-30; only had to slow when approaching other traffic. I averaged 26-27 MPG winter, 31-32 summer. CVT tranny makes it a dog off the line, but has adequate acceleration once reaching 20 mph; this is the car's one bad point. If I still lived in Chicago (which I did for 28 yrs), the off the line performance might be a deal killer as it could make pulling out into traffic a concern. Here in central WI, it is far easier to accommodate this trait. I enjoy the convenience of the rain sensing wipers although it would be nice if they could be adjusted a little slower. Am currently driving an '05 Acura RL and am seriously considering trading it for another Kizashi. The RL does have far better acceleration (300 HP), but averages about 5-6 worse MPG which limits the amount of time you wish to use the better power.

This is a very spacious car, it and fits a lot more than expected. Rides smooth in city or highway, and has great gas mileage.

This car was absolutely the most fun SUV I have ever driven. My 24 valve V6 Grand Vitara was a 5 speed manual with the 4wd transfer case. It stayed in 2wd most of the time and was capable of quite a bit of off roading when in in RWD. Since this car was stick and RWD it was very easy to drift and spin the rear tires. This car was able to haul a lot of cargo and people, but to cary larger items I had to fold down the rear seats. The car was overall a very reliable vehicle, but it did drip a decent amount of engine oil. Never enough to make me pour more oil in. Rain or shine this little SUV was always by my side. It handled great for what it was and could take on any little corolla or civic. This car didn't look like much but had it where it counted. I couldn't imagine driving an automatic, stick shift is the way to go in this car. These cars can be had for a very small price, but reselling them will be difficult. All in all the Suzuki Grand Vitara will not disappoint . For the price this car is the most capable on and off road vehicle!

All in all a very good experience. They had the vehicle that I wanted at a good price and they took my trade for a couple hundred less than my dream price. I worked with Terry and it really was quite painless and quick. I am from Ohio and there was a mess up with some paperwork needed but that was straightened out with a few phone calls.

I've been driving for over 48 years, I've owned numerous vehicles, both domestic and Import. I have over 171,000 miles on mine and other than routine things, I've had ZERO issues with my Kizashi! I will complain about having to remove the front bumper cover just to change a low beam headlamp, but they all do that now days, and, the Bankruptcy 2 months after my purchase left a bit if a bad taste...but HEY...it's a great little car!!

I had arrived exactly at 1100 AM and he was looking out for me… We exchanged greetings and we walked by where the car that I had come to see… Examined and sat in car and went over the features. Had a good vibe talking with him.. Nice demeanor and positive attitude on letting me voice some of my questions about the car…. I have old for of these vehicles and I absolutely love them. In my opinion one of the most on rated vehicles in recent history. My only complaint would be they should have had a better drive train option although then the very week 2.4l paired with A CVt transmission. This cvt overall is garbage. Most issues are from this one part on the car and can doom the vehicle when broken. I would have liked to see a 2.0t giving it 100 more hp and it might have made it. The car is incredibly comfortable and very simple but well designed interior. The Rockford fosgate system is one of the best factory systems I've heard and being a sound guy in have heard plenty. The factory subwoofer doesn't do much though which is disappointing for lows. After for them and having 1 for 7 years and not once breaking down on me I would say it's an over all great value for the money.

I bought a 2010 lexus sh250s, it had a bad window motor and trunk latch. The owner said is was willing to fix it, if I bought the car. That week the part came in and it was fix immediately. I would definitely buy another car from here . Another thing I didn't deal with any of the b.s you will find at 90% car lot and they didn't have crazy fees !!

Bought my 2004 Suzuki XL-7 in 2014 with 91000 kms on it, now it has 169000 kms. Used it most for driving to work a 30 Km trip one way. Truck has been great, all I have done to it is replace shock absorbers on the back, the rest has been regular maintenance. I am looking to replace it but am very leary of buying another vehicle as they all seem to have big dollar problems. For a 16 year old vehicle my Zuk outshines all the trucks I have been looking at, I wish they still made them.
