I really like the "Hill Descent Control" feature. That has been a lifesaver as I had to drive almost 70 miles just one way to work for 4 of the 6 years that I have owned the car. Winter driving can be a challenge at times in PA. The Suzuki Grand Vitara has been comfortable for me and dependable until I got around 135,000 miles and some throttle control sensors went bad under the hood. Great on snow covered & icy roads thanks to 4-wheel drive. The only part I don't like are the headlights. The low beams seem to be only the running lights; the big headlights do not come on in low beam. So unless you run the high beams all the time at night; visibility is not so good. I have had the bulbs replaced numerous times; but this does not correct the problem. Other than that it has been good.

I bought a 2010 lexus sh250s, it had a bad window motor and trunk latch. The owner said is was willing to fix it, if I bought the car. That week the part came in and it was fix immediately. I would definitely buy another car from here . Another thing I didn't deal with any of the b.s you will find at 90% car lot and they didn't have crazy fees !!

Bought my 2004 Suzuki XL-7 in 2014 with 91000 kms on it, now it has 169000 kms. Used it most for driving to work a 30 Km trip one way. Truck has been great, all I have done to it is replace shock absorbers on the back, the rest has been regular maintenance. I am looking to replace it but am very leary of buying another vehicle as they all seem to have big dollar problems. For a 16 year old vehicle my Zuk outshines all the trucks I have been looking at, I wish they still made them.

I did a Long term test on the Suzuki XL7 it did good not bad for a SUV it .3.6 v6 did good we put 151 532 miles on it andthe Suzuki XL7 did really good in the winter and it did good the summer andi say it did better then the Chevrolet Equinox that did Long term test drive

based on Equinox and a few other GM products, so easy to find parts, not necessarily cheap, but generally cheap. Very good insulation, triple seal windows, makes this SUV quiet like higher end. Gas is okay for 3.6L, average 22, isn't bad at all. 5-speed shifts very well and power is adequate, 0-60 in sub 6 seconds. Timing Chain, means no replacement needed but may require service as it ages. Suzuki didn't market this well because they don't have money like other companies, this sure is a better car than it's GM siblings, larger, more power, etc.

This Suzuku is great for a single person, couple or very small family. The car runs extremely well with regular maintenance and gets great gas mileage. It's easy to maneuver and affordable to take care of. The interior is great for an individual or a couple. Otherwise, adding multiple adults in the back or a carseat makes the car a tight squeeze for anyone.

I highly recommend Ozzy’s Car Company!! I had been searching for a car since November of 2024, after I hit two Elk heading to Cascade to pick my son up from baseball practice. I totaled my car, but came out of it unharmed, had lots of emotional trauma due to the severity of the accident. I had just bought my Subaru Outback in April of 2024, and now I had to look for another one. After a long search, and lots of patience, I had narrowed it down to three. Tons of options 170000 miles only oil changes, air filter and tires. Cabin filter is a nice touch. Side defrosting mirrors. Great winter vehicle, 4-wheel drive.

I purchased a '11 DTS from them and they were very great to work with. Let me take the car for a drive by myself so there was no pressure and I could look it over as much as I wanted. Very easy to negotiate with and I got it at the price I wanted. Even stuck around late to finish the deal even though they had a family function to get to. I traded in a 2006 Kia Sorento for my 2010 Grand Vitara and I'm sure glad I did. The handling far exceeds the Sorento and is much more reliable it even has a bigger engine while getting about the same gas mileage. I have also owned 4 runners in the past and am generally a truck gal.

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

I bought my 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara premium used with 109k miles. Did some repairs and maintenance such as replacing all fluids, new starter (didn't really need it), Tuneup, Severe snow storm rated ALL TERRAIN/ALL SEASON tires and even though I only drive 4,500 miles a year...I get an oil/lube with synthetic oil every 3 months religiously. Also added steel Red colored lug nuts that match my maroon paint job perfectly that adds a $20 being that really pops. Car drives like a brand new luxury car. Have been driving it 3 years now and lice it. No problems at all. All features work great. Love steering wheel cruise and steering controls. Stereo has fantastic sound. Feel perfectly safe and although it will happen eventually of course. I have no worries on long trips, that I will not have to concern myself with breakdowns. Great off road. I am 6'5" and there is plenty of legroom and space. Great interior layout. Luxurious interior. And (what my mother would say) the dashboard lights at night are real pretty 😍.

Excellent make. There is no body-on-frame SUVs of the same class and capabilities nowadays. If Suzuki only improve front look to more aggressive, add modern interior stuff and differential locks it would become a bestseller.

I love the convenience and reliability of this car. I have horses so need to load up hay and grain weekly. The Suzuki is super convenient with its swing back door for my purposes. Always starts right up and goes anywhere.

Yeah, it’s a bit of a meme it being so old, having a grueling time to 60 mph, and having gold rims. It’s about the character though, the amount of “car” you get out of it is unbeatable, it’s such a slow car but flooring it and hearing the tiny v6 roar like a v8 never gets old. This truly is a luxury car it’s many features and quirks make it such a love able car, your happy to see it, it’s happy to see you.

My son and I was on a car buying mission on Saturday February 22nd 2025. We started our journey at Indy Luxary Autos on Pendelton Pike to be let down. So we went on to our original plan and headed for Indy Auto Center on Michigan Rd., originally my son was after a 2013 Baby Blue Chrysler 200 that he seen roughly about a week prior on the internet and absolutely wanted it. I called on our way to the dealership to make sure it was still available and told Sami that we would be there in 30 minutes not knowing it would take all of that 30 minutes to get there from Pendleton Pike to his location on Michigan Rd. When we arrived there was a bit of a snafu. Well long story short version a set of lady's came in 10 minutes after we had talked on the phone (Sami thought it was us) and they took the car we was after out on a test drive with it being first come first serve and we understood that. Now in the mean time of them only supposed to be on 15 minute test (the ladys where gone for at least 45 minutes) drive they took us to another 200 that was a year older a bit nore in price by like $900.00 and it really caught my son's eye to the point they pulled it out and got it all situated for him to take it out. Now the other car was still on a test drive when the other one we was offered was ready to be taken out. We eneded taking them both out and my son fell in love with 2nd car that Sami showed us and his family even gave us HUGE discount for all trouble that we went through. I was very pleased with the outcome and so was my son. Now I'm not going to lie I was worried that something might go wrong because you just never know with used cars but it hasn't and he has drove it everywhere. I'm very greatful for Smai and his team they where kind courteous and very helpful. I was originally going to post the review the day we bought the car but I wanted to make sure it was solid and that his crew and dealership was worthy of a very amazing review and I couldn't be happier with our choice of car or dealership. This vehicle meets all needs, it has good legs room. The seats are very confotable. The power and hadleling is very good. It has a third row seat as well.

Sasha is our 2005 Suzuki Grand Vitara, an SUV/Crossover. She supported our son when his car was stolen last year and he needed reliable transportation until his was found or he could get another. Sasha is the greatest - she smoothly switches to 4 wheel drive, the cargo space was a plus while our son moved into his new home, and it comfortably fit all 6 feet 7 inches of him! The battery is only 1 yr. old and there are no mechanical nor electrical issues. Everything works and she's a good lookin' model to boot! We hope to find a new home for such an awesome car!
