Billy is wonderful. Always gets us in and makes sure everything is taken care of. We have an adapted van for our girls who are in wheelchairs so he's very conscientious of getting the work done quickly.

I really love this car. It looks great, is very fast, and is all-around fun to drive. The one-pedal braking is the best feature, IMO. Would purchase again.

What an amazing experience! I had the pleasure to have John Khalil as my sales agent, who happens to not only be a welcoming and zealous sales agent at CarMax of Oceanside, CA, but also a very talented painting artist!! He had great compassion for my autistic son and made sure he was always comfortable during the efficient waiting process by offering him a cute CarMax car toy, a CarMax coloring book and crayons. He went above and beyond when complex situations came about during the bank’s verification process. The determination he had to push my situation through with his persistent diligence as I watched him communicate with high professionalism and positivity as a team with his colleagues/finance management team was remarkable!!!! Got the 2023 standards model 3 and it far exceeds any other car, especially ICE. Every single car I will own from here on out will be a Tesla. The other ev brands can't compete. Will also get the Rivian R1S, that is the only other brand I would consider. Don't buy an EV from a company that also makes gas cars unless you like throwing away $.

I own a 2022 Tesla Model 3 RWD. It has LFP batteries and I can charge it to 100%. It's degraded about 3% after 15 months, so not too bad on the battery. It's been great, with no problems that were Tesla's fault. A truly great car and highly recommended!

It’s so much better than expected and my expectations were high. There are so many lies out there about Tesla’s but they are easy to drive and easy to own, and more affordable than most think. I’ve had a few minor issues but Tesla took care of them quickly. I’ll never go back.

I worked with an extremely easy going team at this dealership. Ernie answered my initial call and was fast to get me help with Mike who had the vehicle I wanted ready in less the a half an hour after our call! Well it turns out Mike is from Canada and also really knows his restaurants and is a very personable guy who I'd suggest to ask for if you go in! My whole buying process was smooth with ernie, Mike and their finance guy (who is very senior in his position)

Excellent overall experience. Sales representative was not the most knowledgeable, but was very attentive. The facility was clean and sales did not apply pressure. Representative made several follow-up calls which were appropriate and helpful to my search.

There I was, in the dentist's chair, waiting for the Doc. Checking my phone, I noticed a Prius V I had been watching for some time had a recent price reduction. Carlsbad Subaru was nearby so we stopped to have a look. We knew going in the car fit all our parameters: 2015, single owner, 100k miles. We hadn't planned to buy a car that day but we were ready, if the car lived up to expectations. Our sales rep, Sammy, showed us the car and took us out on a test drive. So far so good so we got down to business. Sammy talked us through the purchase process and from there things went smoothly, the only hiccup coming in the form of an insurance hurdle because we are Washington State residents buying a car in California. Once that was sorted out, with sigh of relief, we were on our way with the Prius. The whole process was easy. Sammy was great. It was our first experience with Carlsbad Subaru and it was a good one. Brian was knowledge and made time from his other responsibilities to work with us. The car we called about was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. This was our first (and likely not last) CarMax experience.

Worked with me the entire time I was there. They actually care about helping the customers and even stayed late two hours after closing time to assist me.
