2 Years in and no looking back. If you have a driveway and can install a charger, it is an even better experience to bypass gas stations completely.

Adam was helpful with the car that I wanted to buy and it's been a couple weeks since, no issues. They did my dmv stuff too got my tags this week.

I've had mine for almost 2,000 miles now, and its been great. It rides super smooth, and is super controlled over bumps. The turn signal stalks aren't that big of a deal. They work plenty fine for most every use case. Interior quality is much improved over the last generation. There is not a single piece of hard plastic in the interior. Infotainment is super snappy, and is a worthy replacement of CarPlay or Android Auto. Seats are comfortable, and their heat/ventilation works great. There are no creaks or rattles to speak of as well. Performance is plenty for what anyone will ever need. Tons of storage as well for a midsize sedan, especially since the frunk is there, as well as another section below the trunk floor for more stuff. Rear seat screen is very nice for rear passengers as they can control air, seat heating watch movies/videos, and play games. If you are interested, go demo drive one to see it for yourself!

I was looking for a particular car and stumbled on Fred’s Auto Executive dealership. This dealership had a wide inventory of luxury vehicles. I was helped by Henry, who was very detailed and a great sales person. Purchasing the car was easy and thorough. In addition to this establishment, all of my additional concerns with my purchase were addressed and handled well by Logan. He was very professional and very responsive. Overall, I am happy that a found this diamond in the rough. I am a satisfied customer and I recommend this dealership to future consumers.

I was car shopping and was immediately contacted by one of the sales reps and we spoke fr a few days befor I came from out of town and purchased a new car for my wife, the guys were good to me and honestly didn’t even feel like I was at a “dealership”, rather a friends house. I had been looking for a certified 2024 ux250h for about 2-3 months. I have driven cars at at least 6 dealerships in 3 states. And despite being Lexus dealerships more than one were not upfront in their pricing and they all had an attitude of " this is the car as is, you don't like that chip or no mats or whatever else then don't buy it" and one even said it was certified then wanted $4k for certification. Not Ourisman Lexus. First off, the car was priced very fairly. No games from the start. Our salesperson PeiPei was helpful and responsive. The sales manager Willie was top notch. My wife traveled from New York alone to see the car in our then current Lexus IS250C as a possible trade in. They were wonderful. Transparent with the pricing. Gave us a number we were happy with on our trade in and addressed minor aesthetic issues with the car on the spot. They were ready for her arrival and had the complete transaction done including aggressive financing in about 3 hours. Willie knew my wife had come a long way to get there and had a long trip home and he made sure his staff expedited the whole process to get her on the road. After all the dealerships we had visited I never expected the whole process of buying this vehicle could go this well and that we would be treated so fairly and transparently. Didn't try to push a single upsell on my wife. Offered one or two things like extending the warranty, she said no, and they moved on. When we do need the next Lexus, I am absolutely calling Willie and his staff first. Just the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.

My experience was excellent based on the efforts of Hamid Bashiri. He was helpful, competent, patient and knowledgeable. I am a return customer and that is largely due to Mr. Bashiri who has always been very honest and trustworthy and I know I will get the right car, price and financing to meet my needs. I wish all dealerships had someone like this!
