This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

Overall it was a good deal for me. The dealer made promises and kept them. The Tesla is great! The price was good. However, I felt the dealer fees were ridiculous and they insisted I give them thousands above the actual registration and taxes. Though I was able to recover the excess taxes/registration withheld, it felt very much like the used car salesman treatment. I would recommend the dealer, but be prepared to play reindeer games. If you do not like these games, buy your used Tesla directly from Tesla.

I really love this car. It looks great, is very fast, and is all-around fun to drive. The one-pedal braking is the best feature, IMO. Would purchase again.

Motorpoint Roswell is a unique used car dealer. A great number of their vehicles are one-owner, very unusual for a small dealer. 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD I purchased this car with a little less than 60k miles one and a half years ago for 21k. It now as 97k miles and the only maintenance I’ve done have been new tires and windshield washer fluid. Someone made a left turn in front of me and the car was already braking as I was lifting my foot off the accelerator. Quite literally saved my life. The suspension is tuned to be sporty, so it’s not a plush ride by any means, but it’s hard to beat at its price point in the used market.

This is easily the best car you can own. I decided to upgrade from a 2021 Tesla to my current Tesla Model 3 in November 2024, a few months after the model was refreshed. Both were amazing cars and blew me away. The 2024 model is extremely class-upgraded and refined over the original. It is easily the most luxurious and tech-forward car in its category. This car is ZIPPY, and it handles amazingly. The self-driving features are absolutely superb and get software updates frequently. This is the best car for road trips around town, honestly, anything you throw at it, it handles. It is so cheap to fill the range back up at home (I keep mine at 80% max unless road-tripping). The convenience alone of this car makes it worth it, but the material quality and luxury feel make it all the more worthwhile. Tesla's audio system is SO GOOD, it rivals the Harman and Bowers & Wilkins on other cars I've driven. The LED ambient lighting is so beautiful and adjustable. Cooled seats are a must on hot summer days, and you can even start them with one button on the app. So beautiful, fun to drive, and intuitive. Could not be happier with my purchase! You won't regret going with a Tesla!

One of the best cars we’ve ever had. Very comfortable and fun to drive. Would recommend the AWD Long Range for the extra power, upgraded stereo and range. The ‘24 is quieter and more refined than its predecessor. The only negative is the lack of turn signal stalks. Not sure what they were thinking but it is a terrible idea…One that I’m sure that they will reverse in the coming years.

Got the 2023 standards model 3 and it far exceeds any other car, especially ICE. Every single car I will own from here on out will be a Tesla. The other ev brands can't compete. Will also get the Rivian R1S, that is the only other brand I would consider. Don't buy an EV from a company that also makes gas cars unless you like throwing away $.

I’ve had my M3P for 5 days and I freaking love it! Controls take some time to get used to where everything is. I’ve had maybe 30 cars and this is my favorite by far. I highly recommend if you’re in the fence, just buy one. You only live once!

Absolutely love my Tesla. So much so we bought a 2nd one for the family. Smooth drive and zero maintenances in two years. Frequent software updates means I got new features long after purchase. Though I do suggest avoiding FSD. That's vaporware and will not be released in the lifetime of vehicles sold today.

If you want a maintenance-free vehicle, this is the closest thing you can find on the market. We’ve been driving the wheels off our Model 3 LR for almost two years. No gas stations, no oil changes, no fluid changes (unless you count windshield wiper fluid,) tires still have plenty of tread, brakes have barely ever been used (regenerative brakes are amazing,) the temperature in the car is always perfect when you get in, and no turning the car off, simply get out and walk away, the car does the rest. The only service we have done to this car has been tire rotation, and they come to your house to do it if you want! Charging at home means you never, ever have to worry about the state of your “tank” unless you’re on a trip over 350 miles. And then it’s a quick navigation to a supercharger for a few minutes; the car automatically does the math for you and determines the best places to stop along your route. Admittedly, the occasional supercharge on a long trip is the only downside and could be a dealbreaker for some. But we plan accordingly. Plug up the car, walk the dogs or grab a bite to eat. By the time you’re done, the car is ready to go! The loudest voices in the room are always the people that had the rare bad experience, that’s inescapable. Just know that they are the minority. This car has plenty of get up and go whenever you need it and rides smooth. I used to drive muscle cars, so not hearing all that engine noise took a little bit to get used to. But now I don’t miss it at all. In fact, now I’m mildly annoyed when I’m the passenger in a loud car. That’s probably also a sign that I’m getting older. If you’re on the fence about an EV, go take one for a test drive. Tesla doesn’t pressure you, they don’t even ride along with you. It’s just you and the car, so you can see for yourself. That’s all it took for us to bite. I can almost guarantee you’ll want one after you’ve driven around in one for fifteen minutes.

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

Where do I start? I purchased my Beloved Jeep from Palmer Dodge Jeep in Roswell, GA in May of 2020. The Sales staff (Thomas Jackson) was great, and the overall service was great during that purchase experience. Since the time of my purchase, I have taken my Jeep to be serviced by Palmer for every Oil change, Lube, and all other maintenance. On June 25th, 2022, I had a major Drive Train issue with my Four-Wheel Drive shaft which malfunctioned and completely destroyed my Transfer Case while I was driving at 80 MPH on the Highway. The event was extremely scary and highly unusual for any vehicle, particular a jeep. I had my vehicle towed to Palmer that day, they gave me a Nice 2022 Jeep Low Miles Loaner for the entire duration of the time my vehicle was under repair. In May of 2020, I had purchased the Drive Train Warranty that was highly recommended by Thomas and the sales Manager. You never really know if you will need that warranty until you need that warranty. Kim K., my Case manager for Palmer Service Dept, was truly the Best!, she handled everything from the start, she kept me in the loop throughout every step of the process with parts ordered, parts cost, parts delivery, installation, to completion. David K, the Service Manger did an excellent job explaining my Warranty and all that was covered. I am truly glad I made that Purchase of the Warranty. From David K., Kim K, and Jim the Technician that fixed my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, the service at Palmer Dodge was Fantastic and I highly recommend them for the Purchase of the Vehicle, Service and Repair, and just overall customer service satisfaction. My experience with Palmer Dodge and dealing with a major car repair and a potential huge car repair bill if the warranty was not in place, was stressful but was completely catered to by the excellent customer service from the entire staff. I own a 2022 Tesla Model 3 RWD. It has LFP batteries and I can charge it to 100%. It's degraded about 3% after 15 months, so not too bad on the battery. It's been great, with no problems that were Tesla's fault. A truly great car and highly recommended!

The salesman I interacted with throughout the process, Stan, was awesome and worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted. I had a jeep wrangler 4door and wanted a 2 door. We got the deal done and while driving home I had some buyers remorse not because the car wasn’t what they said it was but because I was just a bit attached to the 4 door and didn’t know it. After being approved for financing, signing the papers and nearly getting home with the jeep, I turned around and went back telling them that I wanted my jeep back. The management there was super understanding and quickly accommodated me when they didn’t have to. I was very grateful for that. One negative thing I would say is that my trade in was worth more than the vehicle I was getting from them. When I arrived I was wanting some money to boot from them or at the very least trade them straight up but instead they came to me with a 6k balance that they eventually worked down to just below 3k. They talked me into financing 3k. I told Mike (the finance guy) I would likely be turned down because I pay cash for everything and he said my approval was guaranteed because “I had equity” which is directly telling me that my car was worth more than the one I was getting and yet there I was being talked into financing a balance. They coulda traded me straight up and still made money. I likely wouldn’t have brought their jeep back if they woulda done that. I don’t understand why they would force me to finance to get the car that’s worth less than mine. There was plenty of meat on the bone.

It’s so much better than expected and my expectations were high. There are so many lies out there about Tesla’s but they are easy to drive and easy to own, and more affordable than most think. I’ve had a few minor issues but Tesla took care of them quickly. I’ll never go back.

This is easily the most fun car I've ever driven; handling is great and it destroys muscle cars off the line! Very techy but fairly simple to figure everything out. I'll likely only ever buy Teslas now.

It's the first time I've actually enjoyed driving. Before this I had a Civic, then a Sonata, and my first car way back was a Chrysler 300 (which was an absolute heap of garbage). After the 300 I was purely interested in reliable, economical cars that would get me from A to B with the basic amenities. The Model 3 was a step way above that, it's more efficient than any gas-powered or hybrid commuter car, it has a modest stylishness to it, and it has WAY more get-up-and-go than you'd expect, even with the single-motor package. The torque is instantaneous with no dead zones or gear changes. The handling is solid. There's a lot to love, including the infotainment system, built-in navigation, huge screen, etc. It was a lot to adjust to, going from a vehicle with tons of dials and buttons to just a screen and a handful of tactile controls, but I love it now. But one of the things I love most about it is that I can just open my phone and start the AC a couple minutes before I get in my car - In a city that regularly sees 110+ degrees, that is a GODSEND. I'm definitely an EV convert after buying a Model 3.

My experience wasn’t a happy one because I wasn’t able to ride out with the car I wanted but I did enjoy my time there. My sale agent Ryan and the manager was really cool and seemed helpful. After all my years buying cars this is the first place I wasn’t able to get the deal done but because they treated me so well I left with a smile. I Still have my fingers crossed on a call back saying they was able to get me in the car I wanted. I would recommend buying a car from them.
