I own a 2022 Model S Plaid and all I can say is it is the best car I have ever owned in my life. This includes everything from Luxury sedans to my once beloved 911 Cab. It is fast, attractive and seats 5 :-)

I live in Las Vegas. After being lowballed by multiple dealerships in Vegas, I decided to try my luck with selling my car privately. Omar from STG reached out and offered me the private party value for my vehicle, as a trade-in to STG. He said STG could pick the car up for a small fee or I could drive it down to their location in Montclair, CA. I was very hesitant on working with STG, as there are so many horror stories about crooked used car dealers. I felt I would be in a vulnerable position if I were to drive the car there and they were to lowball me. I decided the risk was worth it to me for the extra money, and I drove it down. Immediately, Danny greeted me and started the inspection process. I had been upfront and honest with them about small imperfections the vehicle had, so there were no surprises. After inspecting the car, Danny confirmed that they would purchase the vehicle from me for the previously agreed-upon price. This is a standup dealership with great customer service. I feel I was treated very fairly and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get top dollar when trading their vehicle. My second Tesla, first was a 2020 model Y. Loved the S since day one. No issues on anything except resale value. Tesla has lower the price $20,000 in last two years. But the car is almost perfect! The latest version of FSD is almost perfect as well, much better than version 11 which apparently is what a previous reviewer has. Does require a little getting use to steering yoke because blinker stalk is missing.

the 20222 tesla model s is pretty much a nice car but the thing is thta the interior is very samlll and some peoaple may not fit completely. the model s has a very nice dieghn in sense of the eterior or the lights. the lights look nice as welll and they are oerfect in sahpe. it is very quick and it might get you to places more faster more than you think. but the rice is way more xpensive and it does not have goood relibality. but it si great car and at least it is not as bad as the other normal hactbacks in thus world. but I would sya the hyudniay hatcback was way better. but the model s is a fine vhecle but I would like the rpice to be more down and I also want the interior to be more wider. it looks to smalll and does not fit anyone except for mabey 30 year olds. but it is a fine car but it needs imrpovemnts on the intetior and the amount of space in it.

Although I see some comments about bad service at Tesla Service Centers, I have had nothing but great experiences at the South Austin location and the build quality on my car is fantastic. The Plaid model is the bargain of the century when comparing the same performance and quality of the ICE SuperCars. I absolutely love it and love the fact that I can use it as my daily driver and have lush road trips and still have the acceleration of a fighter jet. And..........when you have the safety features turned on, you can have fun and be assured that the massively powerful acceleration will not cause you to spin out and crash the car. I have found that it is nearly impossible to get yourself into trouble with this car.........unless it is a speeding ticket! :))

I bought the car three month ago. Took some time to get used to no buttons or yoke steering wheel. Now I love the car and I think this is the best car I ever had. The quality of the car is decent, interior and exterior looks solid and is made out of good quality materials. My only complaint is quality control at Tesla. My particular car had some rattle coming from the back seat, which was fixed by tesla for free, but this is not something you can allow for the vehicle with price tag over 100k.

Nice staff, great selection of Tesla vehicles. Good prices. It took a while to get seen but they were short staffed. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the car. But I will be back for it soon.

Went to other dealers so I knew what I wanted . They were quick and didnt act creepy. Came with a matched deal and we settled.

I had an easy transaction and smooth closing with Ameer, They were very professional and made the process of getting approved and thru the finance process as quick as possible, never once did i feel pressure to buy the extra warranty or any other items they wanted to sell me. I did have to question Nirto, Apparently, they charge for nitro in the tires!! Now that's a new one for me!! I had a terrible experience with this dealership 2 years ago, they sold me a truck over the phone and took 5k from a CC and then sold the truck out from under me. Good thing they are now under new management! Made it way better this time, they even picked me up from the Train station and had the truck all detailed while we did the paperwork. All in all good experience.
