This is my third Porsche bought at this dealership. The Porsche Exchange in Highland Park by far is the best Porsche dealership in the Midwest. From customer service to technicians to sales they care about you. I've owned many cars and I will continue to buy my Porsches only at the Porsche Exchange in Highland Park. I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
My wife and I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Accord Hybrid here and have been in awe of this dealership ever since. Scott Hiller is wonderful to work with, helpful and efficient. We definitely will buy our next Honda Hybrid here.
I’ve never been in a BMW dealership before and was very pleasantly surprised. Seems to me the sales people are a “ cut or two” above the typical car salesman. I worked with Eric and Art on a purchase of a used vehicle. No pressure, not pushy, and no BS. We agreed on terms and price and my wife and I left as very happy customers.
This is the second time I bought my vehicle since 3 years agao and the buying exparience is still top notch. Sabrena was our sales person. She did not push us at all, everything is up front and willing to work with us. Unlike other dealership I have been to there is No tricks at all, what we agreed during negotiation match exactly what they put on the paper. No ???accidental mistake??? on the paper work. I highly recommend Sabrena if you are considering buying your next vehicle becuase the buying expareince is truly exceptional!
Very good customer service from start to finish. Everybody was very accommodating and they make you feel at ease, Ana Marie and Deron were thumbs up. They gave me no pressure s at all. I could sum it all up as a one amazing experience. Highly recommended.
The sales manager and staff were cordial. I dislike car buying because it’s usually high pressure and high stress. At long, we discussed the car, agreed on price and proceeded through the purchase process. There was no haggling or pressure put o on by the dealership.
I live in Chicago & the dealership is in Portland, Oregon. I told Mr Marcus De La Rosa that I was seventy years old plus, I really wanted the car. He arranged the shipping of the new car to me and the old one back to him. Papers were overnighted to me and returned by US Postal Service. The experience was so enjoyable, that I am back again. Hoping for the same thing, or even close.
Jamie Hayes assisted us with our purchase. We weren't planning on a new car. We had a 2010 VW Jetta TDI. Fun. What's more fun? A 2014 Jetta TDI. Smoother shifting. Tighter hold to the road. No lack of power. Jamie walked the lot back and forth. No pressure. We had pizza served while our paperwork was done. Only comment, but not really a negative, is that sales AND management should spend more time learning every feature of the cars they sell. There was a bit of, "I'm new to VW", than I expected. Friendly and generally efficient. Ask for Jamie.
I can't speak highly enough about this establishment. Chris and Tyler were especially courteous and made our buying experience the best we've ever had from a car dealership. In case you're thinking, "Duh, when you buy something that expensive, they have to kiss your @$$," we bought a used Jeep for less than 30K. They're just good people, regardless of who you are or what you're buying.
I had a great experience here at Mercedes of Pleasanton the person I dealt there was Kris he was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to you I didn't feel pushed at all I haven't bought a car yet but I will be returning there
