My vehicle is currently in the shop after my son had a minor accident. The service department did not have any loaner vehicles available so I decided to call J.T and see if there was anyway he could help. Not only did he remember me from 2 years ago but he worked with Sam to provide me with a loaner from the sales department. I need to also mention that Sam has helped me in the past as well. I was looking for a Lexus RX350 and found the exact car that I wanted at Autonation. I called Autonation to be sure the car was still available and it was. 1,300 miles apart and felt like absolute family over the phone. We been eyeballing Challengers and when South Texas American Auto pulled in a black on black scat pack T/A we knew we instantly wanted it. The problem being is we are in a West Virginia. We knew we would need the car transported and never heard of this car lot but called anyway. Brian the salesman answered the phone and did not push us to take the car instead he went above and beyond to make sure we got to FaceTime with him and the car comfortably. See it cold start and even see the small ding. Brian took care of us like family and we worked on the price that would work for us both and than he even helped us set up shipping. How much more awesome can you get? Oh it gets better. This car had to set down there for 7 days waiting on shipping and they found a small water leak and sunk hundreds in the repair when they could have just sent it on. If you’re looking for a car lot to treat you like family instead of a pushy salesman this is the one! Thank you guys so much for the amazing car it is everything and more that we hoped for.
