This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

My overall experience was great! I flew in to pick up my vehicle and the salesman stayed 2 hours after their scheduled closing time for the delivery of my vehicle. Excellent communication skills excellent salesmanship just a excellent experience.

This dealership is VERY picky with the quality of vehicles they bring into inventory. All the cars I've observed on their Birmingham lot are in pristine condition! I had been looking for a fairly rare model (Accord 2.0T 6-speed). All the ones I had looked at prior to finding this place were in questionable condition to say the least. The one I found at Birmingham Luxury Motors was nearly pristine!

Apart from no knowing what servicing has been done on the car before I bought it from TESLA! It's been okay two drives to UK from Norway the car has 150.000 Kms. They hadn't checked recalls, but fixed the front driveshafts & Suspension arms (recall). Nice bunch at Tesla Trondheim. Overall very happy with them, not so much with Tesla Skøyen in Oslo who were terrible.

I worked with Cody at EchoPark recently to purchase a used vehicle. It was a wonderful experience working with Cody. He listened to all of our concerns and even went above and beyond by researching anything we had questions on. He truly listened and cared about any questions we had. It was an awesome experience. So I did a lot of research before buying a Tesla. I knew I would like it and it would be cheaper to own than an ICE after 5 years! But what I didn't know...I don't like it, I LOVE THIS VEHICLE! I will NEVER GO BACK TO ICE!!! While I love my Tesla, I could see going to Rivian or Polestar, esp after they do their 2025 conversion to the NACS or Tesla Charging Outlets. But the Tesla Charging Network is the MAIN Reason for going with Tesla. What I also didn't know...was that Tesla regularly (bi-monthly on avg) updates and upgrades their cars with over-the-air updates...as the car gets better and BETTER, day by day! Name another car that gets better with enhancements at No Cost to the Owner. Any other car only gets better if you pay for it!!! Heck, many automakers even charge you to update their Maps! And the VOICE COMMANDS are oh so simple, just use standard language! I often rent vehicles with College Officiating and every maker out there has a complicated (non-natural) phrasing needed for their Maps...Tesla is as easy as Google Maps or Waze! I knew I would save over $300 a month charging at home vs Gas. In reality, I avg over 2K miles a month, and Home Charging is costing me $80 to $88 on avg. Oh and in my truck, I would have paid over $500 easy in Gas. So given the $200 higher monthly price point for an EV, will be worth it over time! Travel is not even remotely an issue, though you will find stopping to charge, you will find time to eat better and safer, and you will be much more relaxed upon your arrival! Enjoy the games or movies on your screen and the theater surround sound! Previous Owner of 3 Fords, 3 Saturns, 2 Chevys, 1 Jeep, and Current Owner of 1 Nissan and 1 Toyota. Oh, and there was a DODGE LEMON in a Charger that DIED every time you went from Reverse to Drive. Dodge went into the shop 30+ times and they could never find or fix it and did nothing to replace it. It eventually died on I-10 and I was lucky an 18-wheeler's air forced me off the interstate before it KILLED ME & TOTALED the Car! Again, I never want to buy another ICE car, though the Toyota was purchased as my wife's wish...but only for her wishes.

Best car dealership ever. I have never purchased a used car, but the car I wanted is no longer made so new wasn't an option. Buick Cascada. Lance, Kali and Joe were all super throughout the whole process. The car was detailed to like new perfection. Lance helped us purchase a warranty with the car and everything came off exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased. a Model X Long Range to replace my 2021 Audi e-tron; I couldn’t be happier. The Tesla is faster, more efficient, and more fun to drive and the charging network is second to none. Interior quality and ride are comparable. My dogs love the extra room and Dog Mode in the Tesla. I have no regrets!

A car that almost drives itself. Very luxurious and smooth ride. Wicked quick acceleration even in standard model. Technology is far better than any other luxury car I’ve owned. Over the air updates are frequent and sometimes get cool upgrades without buying a new car. The base model comes with practically everything included unlike my Cayenne or Range Rover. Low maintenance at almost no cost. I’ve used mobile service a couple of times which is convenient. I’m a huge fan!

Only minor problems with only one maintance/repair/upgrade visit just recently (2020) at a Tesla SC, 1.5 days in the shop. All other minor problems handled by an excellent mobile Tesla tech that comes to your house (a special service for those not near a SC). No drivetrain problems whatsoever. 1/3 the maintenance cost of an ICE vehicle, no gas cost. Gas net savings about $5,0000 over 5 years. This is an SUV with moderate dirt road capability and 9" ground clearance.

This car has it all, performance, style, comfort, technology... Driving this car has been awesome, but not as awesome as letting this car drive me! Autopilot is amazing and always getting better. So cool to have the software on the car update and provide new features. The technology in this car is better than any other out there. You would not regret owning Tesla.

Greatest vehicle I have ever owned. Smooth ride, great navigation, no oil changes, no radiator fluid, no leaks in your garage, only need to go for service once a year, and then you get a loaner for that visit. Always ready, and it drives itself on the interstate? Crazy awesome.

Best car in its class. A lot of people who don’t know or never experienced a Tesla will create so many false narratives due to their own ignorance. Tesla are the safest cars hands down especially with autopilot engaged. They also have very little maintenance because they do not have all the traditional components as an ICE vehicle. Upfronted price is steep and the range of this vehicle especially can be further but I definitely recommend this car to anyone in the market.

the tesla model x is a ggreat ectric suv and it is way better than the bmw x6. the model x has a great and fair power. it for sure the most fastets suv in the world. it is for sure very nice shape and it also has a very nice interior. the interior might be the coolest thing ever. I also think the rpice could be the fine price. it could be worht since that it is a nice and has better technology. it also has better shape and better lights also. the lights also look cool and it they have a way better look that most cars. this cra is also fully elecitrc and also has great top speed. but it does not have thta much pick up. but the power is the only thing thta is strong.

Excellent SUV. I primarily bought the X because it has the highest safety rating of any car tested by EURO NCAP. I know that my kids are safe and if anything were to happen we have the lowest probability of injury or death. That’s most important. It’s fun to drive, handles extremely well for a truck and it can easily pass others on the interstate. I save $5000 a year in fuel and charge overnight at my home. The autopilot is the best I’ve ever seen, it recognizes everything on the road at all times. It can see in every direction and I’ve never had an issue with it. They continually update the autopilot over the air, so you’re always getting the best version. The app automatically preheats and pre-cools in the winter and summer before I head to work which is one of the best features ever. I used to have a remote starter with my Q5 but I always had to manually start the car and it took forever to heat up or cool, if I forgot to pre set the climate before I left the Q5 it wouldn’t work. Overall I’ve had no issues. The other reviews seem disingenuous.
