To all the haters out there ****off! Cybertruck is the most technologically advanced performance vehicle on the road. I purchased mine in early 2024 and have had no problems at all and am currently at 16,000 miles. I had an F350 Laredo previously and thought that was the pickup benchmark. Now all I remember about the F350 was the $1,000.00 in diesel cost per month. Bed Storage and towing are comparable to all pickup’s except for extended bed. Steer by wire and FSD are amazing and unparalleled in class. If you are concerned about the anti Tesla crowd, don’t buy Cybertruck. As for me, I bought Cybertruck to fit my needs and I could care less about all the anti Tesla xxxx and their pathetic hatred of Musk. $8.00 in energy cost per week and true performance will make most people true believers.

I took my dream car to BMW of Sarasota for scheduled maintenance. Carlos was quick to receive my vehicle and reviewed the automated diagnosis. After satisfying all code requirements, Carlos educated me in great detail of the listed items required to restore my vehicle to mechanical perfection. Carlos is an amazing technician but he is also very personable, connected to and interested in the well being off customer he serves. Carlos represents BMW of Sarasota with integrity and a high degree of professionalism.

I put 53k miles on mine and still got Tesla to buy it back because it spent enough time in service to qualify. I’d definitely get another one and basically I’ll have driven 53k miles basically for free. Early production had some quirks but every time I took it in I got a loaner with free charging and FSD so it wasn’t a big deal. Rivian would give me a stanky af rental car every time and you can bet Ford, Hyundai, and Jeep wouldn’t even offer a loaner let alone a rental. Porsche and Audi level service for sure every time. I’ve owned 40+ vehicles in the last 10 years and sadly I wish there were more vehicles out there that can do Cybertruck things like drive itself, handle like a rally car, go off roading, entertain your kids, and haul all of their gear. If you don’t own one and feel the need to express yourself negatively that’s fine. I wouldn’t want a bunch of crazy people all over the road in these either.

A lot of the times, the car purchasing process can be dreadful. I am more than grateful to say this time was not one of those! I called before heading over to make sure the car I was interested in was still available. I had the pleasure of speaking with BiBi (Bibiana), who conformed it was, and was able to answer a few questions due to me being cautious. The purchasing process was very smooth, mainly because of BiBi's honesty and transparency. Bibi took my offer over to Shaun who was just as awesome. He wasted no time getting it approved, and most importantly didn't try to sneak any extra charges in. Once the deal was approved, I was directed to Shannon's office in finance, to finalize everything. She was just as polite and curious, and had me out in my new (preowned) vehicle without delay. I mostly appreciate the honesty and transparency of all the staff there. I will gladly give this deanship future business.

Reviews should be written by actual owners with experience with the vehicle. I’m an actual owner who’s driven 15k miles, and have owned many vehicles previously. It’s the best vehicle hands down that I’ve ever owned. The only compromise I have to make is the daily charging at home and the occasional range anxiety when I have to drive more than 250 miles which is rare. Even with that, I won’t go back to ICE vehicles. Tesla is 100% made in America by Americans. It’s leading edge tech, the only self driving vehicle, and the on only vehicles where the driving experience improves as software updates roll out. As for the extreme negative reviews, it’s mostly losers who don’t own one but want to political bash on Tesla. Trust the owners.

Jillian Tran provided friendly service and helped keep me informed of getting the used car fixed before buying it. And it passed the pre purchase inspection well. Schompf didn't pressure into buying anything but spent the time to do good.

I want to say that the team in place at this dealership has left a huge impression on me. They are a group of individuals that if I was to open a dealership of my own I would try and convince them to come to work for me. Our salesman was on point with answering all of our questions and going up and beyond to get us into our new Jeep Gladiator X rubicon.I love this truck.iwent to look at another Gladiator that I saw on a YouTube video hosted by our salesman and unfortunately for us our salesman sold it hours before we got there however our salesman took the time to show us different Vehicles they had in stock without missing a beat he said I have something you will like better and he was right I could not be happier. They have a huge selection with more on the way so he was convinced he would get us into a ride of our dream and was right about that. I am looking forward to enjoying our ride and and will definitely return when it’s time for our next. Do not hesitate on going there in person for your ride the team in place will go out of their way to see you find more then you hoping for they stayed hours after closing never once complained in fact offered snakes and drinks and asked if we needed anything all along the way.jeep well done by experts thank you Cross motors for making our dreams come true. Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!

We did all of our communication over the phone and text and the sale representatives were very punctual and helpful in the purchase of our car. We were even able to fill out all of the paperwork online so when it came time to go in and pick the car up everything was ready and seamless. Overall throughly enjoyed our experience at ALM.
