This car is a technological marvel. You either get the looks or you don't. It is easily one of the coolest cars on the road despite the smear propaganda that exists. It is imperfect as any exotic is (at this point with low volume and crazy looks this IS an exotic), but a joy to drive and walk out to every day. It's like having your own bulletproof fighter plane tank and it puts a huge smile on my face. No manufacturer is willing to take risks anymore, Tesla did, and I supported them for it.

To all the haters out there ****off! Cybertruck is the most technologically advanced performance vehicle on the road. I purchased mine in early 2024 and have had no problems at all and am currently at 16,000 miles. I had an F350 Laredo previously and thought that was the pickup benchmark. Now all I remember about the F350 was the $1,000.00 in diesel cost per month. Bed Storage and towing are comparable to all pickup’s except for extended bed. Steer by wire and FSD are amazing and unparalleled in class. If you are concerned about the anti Tesla crowd, don’t buy Cybertruck. As for me, I bought Cybertruck to fit my needs and I could care less about all the anti Tesla xxxx and their pathetic hatred of Musk. $8.00 in energy cost per week and true performance will make most people true believers.

I put 53k miles on mine and still got Tesla to buy it back because it spent enough time in service to qualify. I’d definitely get another one and basically I’ll have driven 53k miles basically for free. Early production had some quirks but every time I took it in I got a loaner with free charging and FSD so it wasn’t a big deal. Rivian would give me a stanky af rental car every time and you can bet Ford, Hyundai, and Jeep wouldn’t even offer a loaner let alone a rental. Porsche and Audi level service for sure every time. I’ve owned 40+ vehicles in the last 10 years and sadly I wish there were more vehicles out there that can do Cybertruck things like drive itself, handle like a rally car, go off roading, entertain your kids, and haul all of their gear. If you don’t own one and feel the need to express yourself negatively that’s fine. I wouldn’t want a bunch of crazy people all over the road in these either.

In my recent effort to purchase a car from Impex I was very impressed with their responsiveness and overall professionalism. While the transaction ultimately didn't work out the sales team at Impex did everything they could to make it right. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them in the future.

Reviews should be written by actual owners with experience with the vehicle. I’m an actual owner who’s driven 15k miles, and have owned many vehicles previously. It’s the best vehicle hands down that I’ve ever owned. The only compromise I have to make is the daily charging at home and the occasional range anxiety when I have to drive more than 250 miles which is rare. Even with that, I won’t go back to ICE vehicles. Tesla is 100% made in America by Americans. It’s leading edge tech, the only self driving vehicle, and the on only vehicles where the driving experience improves as software updates roll out. As for the extreme negative reviews, it’s mostly losers who don’t own one but want to political bash on Tesla. Trust the owners.

Best car dealership ever. I have never purchased a used car, but the car I wanted is no longer made so new wasn't an option. Buick Cascada. Lance, Kali and Joe were all super throughout the whole process. The car was detailed to like new perfection. Lance helped us purchase a warranty with the car and everything came off exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I had an excellent experience at Audi Plano. Andrew was outstanding he clearly explained what services were needed right away and what could wait, which I really appreciated. He also made sure my Audi Care plan covered the majority of the services, which was incredibly helpful. On top of that, he helped expedite getting my car cleaned so I could be on my way quickly. This was one of many things which made me very comfortable with my purchase along with a follow-up call to make sure everything was fine with my new purchase. Rossy answered all of my questions, including the ones I didn't know to ask. We bought a new 2020 GMC Terrain from Bill Beaudry. He made the process incredibly easy, even with us living in Tucson. He did not pressure us to come in for a trade-in appraisal before giving us his best number. He promised to make us the best deal - and he definitely kept that promise (his numbers were several hundred less than any other dealership and THOUSANDS less than Tucson GM dealerships). We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours total. Bill is extremely patient and answered all my crazy questions/concerns. He was even able to find a Terrain in a different color after I realized my fiancée NEEDED a white one. The finance representative was low-pressure and did not coerce us into any additional extended warranties, etc.

Great dealership with great people! Some of the complaints about wanting to return a car after driving it off the lot make no sense. If a car is out of warranty, buy a warranty. It is that simple. The customer is not always right, and it is frustrating to see people unfairly bash a dealership full of hardworking professionals. I had a great experience purchasing my 911. It was sold as is, and when they offered me a warranty, I made the responsible choice and bought it. That is just part of being an adult buyer. The process was smooth and professional. Do not let negative reviews from buy here pay here customers discourage you. This is a solid place to do business.

I was an out of state buyer and this process not only exceeded my expectations but it was my best experience out of any dealer I have ever been too. I had been reviewing your cars on your website for about a month. I had favored a 2023 X2 on the site. I tracked it for about a month. When I finally had some time I decided to come test drive it. When I arrrived with my friend, we walked the lot looking at all the different cars. We were greeted by Alex Dimov while looking for cars. I told him that I was looking for a particular car and he pointed it out right away. He asked me if I wanted to test drive it? and away we went. While we were driving we had very pleasant conversation. He is extremely easy to talk to and he made me feel comfortable. Once we got back we decided to explore maybe purchasing the car. We sat down talked business, did a lil negotiating of price and a deal was made. I have to say Alex made the whole transaction pretty much painless. It felt more like a conversation than a negotiation. He knows how to talk to people and make them feel comfortable in what some might say a is a stressful situation. I didn?t feel any stress or being uncomfortable during the purchase process. Once a price was agreed upon Alex introduced me to the finance guy?. Sorry I forgot his name. He was also very easy to talk to and kept it stress free. While I was with him, Alex had the car detailed and fueled. When i finished with finance Alex walked me over to my new car handed me the key and took pictures for me. He was very helpful in explaining how to operate the car. Lots of bells and whistles I never used before. Alex was so patient teaching me. He actually help me set up the Apple CarPlay and a few other things. He let me know if I had any other questions or concerns I could call him for help. The next day he did text me to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed any assistance. I feel lucky and blessed he was my Salesman. Such a pleasant, stress free and almost fun experience because of Alex.
