Used 2018 Toyota 4Runner for sale near Chicopee, MA

Service was great! I made an appointment with Ashley for 10am but life was lifing so she rescheduled me 3x that day with no attitude and finally made it in around 3:30pm. Then I was helped by Marquell. Cool guy! He gave me a price I couldn’t afford at first so I was about to leave. He stopped me and said “Let me speak to my manager” they talked it over and gave me a price I couldn’t refuse! I really wanted a Dodge Challenger especially because Dodge aren’t making anymore high horsepower/gas powered vehicles in the Charger/Challenger line. I walked out very satisfied. Mission accomplished and a dream come true!

Love my 4Runner but the only thing wrong with it is the KDSS problems that no one knows how to fix. Light comes on in the winter and starts leaking. Dealer replaced it once and they paid the $4, 000.00 because it was the first time that they had seen this. Now it almost winter and the lights coming back on.

Two reviews below clearly doesn’t understand how having a FRAME instead of a unibody means. Take your Ford Exploder, Honda pile, Jeep Grandcrappy and flush them where they belong. The 4runner has Solid rear axle, IFS with upper and lower control arms, and a real transfer case with low range. If you are looking to stay on the pavement and pay out the wazzoo for suspension repairs if you do hit the dirt. Then go ahead and buy those “cheaper” SUV’s. If you want a true and classic SUV the way they were first built, then the 4Runner is for you. Good factory ground clearance, yet can cruise to ANY destination. Yeah that’s why we defend these. That’s why they hold there value. That’s why there nothing else on the market that can compete. I hit dirt roads every day and sometimes I can’t tell if I’m on pavement or dirt. Super smooth suspension and dependability you won’t find in any other vehicle in its class. I’ll give a wave as I pass you on the beach while your buried in the sand. You will regret buying any other so called truck.

Typical reliable Toyota vehicle. The only problem I encounter is the braking system. of my last 4 suv's, 2 of them being 4runners, I have always got 100,000 miles out of my front pads. I'm on my second set on my 2018 with only 50,000 miles. I think the calibers on the newer models are defective actually. They just don't feel right.

Prompt, courteous service. They do not try to push extras on you if you say no the first time. On time for appointments.

I finally bit the bullet and upgraded my beloved 2003 4Runner with 230k miles that was pretty much bullet-proof and running smooth as ever. I am blown away by the refinements and improvements that have been made over the past 18 years. I bought this used 2018 4 Runner SR5 Premium that was a lease and well-maintained. The ride is exceptionally smooth and almost calming due to the comfortability of the interior design. I already know from experience what to expect regarding reliability, so hopefully I can get another 10+ years out of my new favorite vehicle!

Friendly and professional experience.with the team. The sales person was very accommodating. The time it took to close a deal and drive off was done in a good time frame.

I traded this one last week with 93,400 miles I put a ton of miles on it in a short period of time and never had any problems. I got more than what was owed on it on a trade in. The only reason I traded it in was because I missed having a truck and being able to haul things in the bed. The towing on this one is just as capable as a truck. I towed the biggest Uhaul trailer from College Station to Houston and it did fantastic. Super comfortable ride and reliable vehicle.

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

Since I live almost 60 miles away, Jodi helped me out a lot by negotiating my trade-in value and new vehicle price over the phone. It made the overall purchase process much faster as I was able to get in and out of the dealership under 2 hours. Scott A. was very patient with me. He went over the vehicle with me and helped me set it up the way I wanted it and configured everything to my phone. He was extremely busy and he still made a point to make sure I understood everything I needed to know. The dealership was fair with me on my trade-in. They were transparent with their pricing and did not have any hidden costs that were a surprise to me when I sat down with the finance office. I’ve found other dealerships around the Denver area not so honest and straightforward with me. Bought 3 cars with zero problems. Currently have my RAV4 maintenance service done and appt was as scheduled. Jordan was assigned and I received updates on what he was doing and a final report for what was checked and what was done.

Kevin Bertilacci was the most helpful in picking out my new 2025 RAV4. He contacted me in the morning and stayed in Touch answering any questions I had throughout the day until I got to the dealership later in the evening. He was prepared and had the vehicles I wanted to look at pulled down and ready for me to drive and look at. Then he worked up what payments would be for both vehicles so I could see it side by side and compare. Once decided he made the process flawless. The whole interaction once I got to the dealership lasted almost an hour and the entire place was so very professional up to and including the finance man I worked with. I would recommend anyone looking to buy new to head straight to Toyota of Boardman and ask for Kevin!!!

Some things like back seat stock up right can't put it down, no floor mats, gas little door loose. Things that were not fix before I got it.

From the young lady, Yammonica who was attentive, on target and customer focused to the service department and even the lady who took our payment, the response was professional and focused on our needs. The communication was clear, on target and open. Care of the car was terrific. Our expectations were met and even exceeded. I had a tissue stuff in my window washer fluid container because the original one dry rotted that was never replaced ,or addressed as issue.but other than that thumbs up on service as of now. Thanks

Cody in service was excellent along with all the staff. Brought in truck from another dealer that lied to me from very beginning. Thankfully I had warranty to cover all costs. Essentially I have a new truck with all needed repairs.. to repair cost near 6 thousand dollars
