Very good sales experience with sales rep Jim Gallegos at Mountain States Toyota. He reserved a Corolla for me and kept me informed by phone as to when the new Corollas were arriving. I got a decent discount off MSRP. He also pointed out the features of the new Corolla engine design, was helpful on the test drives, and explained the digital display operation. Mountain States Toyota was the only dealer I visited in the north Denver/Boulder/Longmont Colorado area that does not charge the high "documentation fee," so you are able to simply negoatiate a fair percentage discount off the Toyota MSRP on the window sticker (which includes the mandatory Toyota destination charge). I also appreciated the fact that the only add-on charge was for a set of good quality Toyota floor mats and trunk liner that came directly from Toyota already in the car. They offered other items for the car and a Toyota extended warranty, but there was no pressure to get them (and I declined, though I can get the warranty later). Some other Toyota dealerships order the cars with more expensive add-on items installed, that you may not want. I also got a welcome text from the general manager after my first visit asking if needed any assistance with selecting a car. So overall a very good experience with sales rep Jim Gallegos and Mountain States Toyota.

We just purchased a car at Mountain States Toyota and are extremely impressed with transparent, straightforward experience. They have an extensive inventory and the salesperson, Hunter, is an asset to the dealership. Hunter's customer service was the main reason we bought a car here. His knowledge is amazing and either he answered our questions or researched them and followed up. Just a great experience!

I recently traded in my 2016 Jeep and leased a 2025 Tacoma. The sales person I dealt with, Ron Smith truly went above and beyond ensuring I got a more than fair trade in value for my Jeep and found me a great new vehicle at a great price. I probably was not the easiest customer to satisfy but Ron stuck with me and was extremely patient and courteous. Ron maintained a great balance between being very helpful while NOT being a pushy salesman. It was a smooth and straightforward transaction with sales rep, Shaun Benipayo. He’s genuine, warm, and very easy to work with. He was accommodating throughout the process and demonstrated strong knowledge of the product. He answered every question clearly and made sure we felt informed and confident. He also took the time to show us different options, which we really appreciated. Nick Kramer gave us time to think of what plan we would get without pressuring us or whatsoever and . Overall, a great experience.
