My 2023 Tacoma TRD Pro was due for service and Folsom Lake Toyota took care of it. I just relocated to Folsom after moving from San Diego so I decided to give Folsom Lake Toyota a chance at winning my business. The Service rep, Cole Klinkhammer, was honest and very accommodating so they have won my business. Kudos to Cole and Folsom Lake Toyota!

I purchased a used 2012 avalon of the internet. Allen Olson handled the majority of transactions doing a professional job. We couldn't find the car we wanted to buy, so we searched the country. While we we on a road trip, experienced a problem with our Sienna. Called Hosmer Toyota and asked if they could take a look at the problem. The Service Manager, Jason Zak, said he would work us in if we could get to the dealership asap. We arrived an hour before closing, was greeted by Jason and our problem was resolved very quickly. Cannot say enough positive things about this Dealership and Jason Zak. Jason is AMAZING. He even had our dirty van washed. THANK YOU!

I worked with service writer Christian Sims for the 40,000 mile service, 4 wheel alignment and a recall on my 2021 Highlander. The recall required the car to be left at the dealer all day. I was originally planning to wait at the dealer until the work was complete, so Christian arranged for an Uber rider back home, and then a ride back to the dealer at end of day. Both were covered by the dealer.
