Absolutely love this car
I've spent a lot of time behind the wheel in this car over the past nine years and 175,000 miles. I usually replace cars every 3-4 years, and have never owned a car for this long. Planned on selling it at 300k miles (in a few years) and getting another used Avalon. Could not ask for a better, more reliable, low-maintenance vehicle.

My daughter wanted to buy her first car by herself. I could not have been more happy with how things turned out. They were amazing, she got a great car for a very reasonable price. The transaction was smooth with no attempts to upsell her. They even educated her on the paperwork and process as they went along. Not just shuffled it around in front of her. They even explained the process with the BMV of getting her plates and showed her exactly what paperwork she needed to take with her. When she did have a problem with the car about a month after she bought it, they told her to bring it back and took care of it. I would highly recommend Greg's.

I love this car
I think one reviewer described it as "the ultimate combination of performance and luxury". Yeah .. that. Exterior design is the only negative but then very very few cars stand out in a good way now.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Cars USA in Virginia Beach. I really appriciate all that Nick did in working with me. The other folks in the office were nice, real people, and the shop folks came through. I had a great experience considering such a large purchase, at least for me. The process was fast and smooth, just like my ride home. Oh, Nick actually went back to the airport with me to return my rental, brought me back to start my trip home. Comfortable and Spacious!
My wife wanted something smaller than her Towncar. The Avalon fit the bill: It was smaller on the outside, but still offered a spacious interior, a comfortable and quiet ride, and other things important to her, like heated seats and 6 CD Changer. It has been very dependable.

Great experience! They listened to what I was looking for, and helped me to get it! The test drive was perfect, we must have driven it for 30 minutes for me to make sure it was what I liked. Easy transaction after I decided to pull the trigger. Trade in was easy, and was never "pushed" into buying anything. I think we were all done in a matter of 3 hours, which I've never had that experience at a car dealership!!
