The absolute best vehicle for the money. Yes, you can buy other brands that are higher priced but this vehicle is by far the best I have driven. The sense of security and comfort is what I rate this vehicle for.

I bought a 2012 Avalon 2 years ago, my mechanic told me it was one of the most reliable vechicles on the market . I absolutely love the vechicle . My only complaint is that I’m 6’2 and it’s too low to the ground and my head nearly touches the roof when I’m behind the wheel. If this vechicle was a few inches higher it would be a luxury vechicle for a life time . I highly recommend this vechicle…

Very friendly and good staff. Joe helped me getting my new, but used, car with bery smooth transactions. The finance person was also very helpful on the last step. I give 4 starts because I was not able to talk to anyone after the service. One thing I would recommend is make sure you have all ready before walk out with the car, otherwise, it is hard to reach out to them again. Other than this, 5 star dealership.

Great car but my 2019 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited got 42.4 mpg when new but only gets 35 mpg now. I'm 75 y/o and drive the speed limit always. Average 35 to 40 miles per hour. Does anyone know why. Dealer is no help answering this question.

The very best non "luxury" full size 4 door. The usual Toyota top shelf fit & finish, styling & dependability. Best feature, for us, 27-36 long distance mpg in a roomy, roomy (Im 6'2") interior. Also Imao, sharper looks than its Lexus cousin.

Overall this car is reliable. The the material use to cover the door handles, cup holders and console is extremely poor quality. The covering on the door handles and console have literally dissolved and the fake crom on the cup holders has cracked and has sharp edges that can cut your fingers if drinks are not removed carefully. Very disappointed, quality not comparable to price of vehicle.

The service department receives high volumes of customers, but James is always ready to give his customers great service and honest assessments and results. While convenience is also a reason I take my vehicle to Koons, pricing is also competitive and I prefer using OEM parts for my vehicle.

I bought my Avalon new in 2011. I absolutely love the way it drives and handled and the comfort! I have made 18 trips between Dallas and Albany, NY without one single problem. It is a very comfortable ride. I am not selling it just praising it as I love it.

This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

This car is great. plenty of leg room and comfort for me and by passengers. 3 car seats fit comfortably in the back seat. The trunk is large and very good for strollers and my groceries. For a car it is prefect for my husband and myself with 3 grandkids. I love that it is not to big and the car handles easy. smooth ride.

I would have rated Sport Honda a 10 if I could have. I attribute this to Honda’s owner Gibbs Fogarty. He is hands-on and very customer-oriented. He listens to and cares about his customers, treating us as valued and respected Sports Family. On May 16, I bought a 2025 Honda Civic Sport. The entire process was seamless, so unlike the usual, dreaded car buying process. This fear was evident by my old 18-year-old car. My initial welcoming was with Sales Manager Joshua Pesantez. I had talked to him prior to my coming in, in order to advise him of which model I had in mind. When I arrived, he had my desired car waiting for me. After greeting me, he introduced me to Senior Sales Consultant Michael Canter. Mike was awesome! He patiently familiarized me with the numerous functions of my car before, during, and after the test drive. He had extreme knowledge of my car and ensured that I was comfortable handling it. Then, he introduced me to Business Manager Josue Canas-Benavides. Josue handled the financing. In addition to handling my financing, he also guided me through the necessary warranty and beneficial protection plans. I felt as if he acted in my best interest, particularly answering all of my questions. After we wrapped up the financing, I returned to Mike who would “see me off” in my new car. Mike assisted me in transferring items from my old car to my new car. Even though they closed at 6:00, Mike was there wrapping things up with me until I happily drove off at 8:30. The next day, Mike followed up, thanking me for being a loyal “Sport Fan” and also provided a link to watch videos that would familiarize me with my new car. I also received emails from: 1) Corporate Headquarters welcoming me and ensuring my satisfaction and 2) Service Manager Jeanne Dugan thanking me for my purchase, welcoming me to the Service Department, and advising me of the services and benefits of her Department. Probably my favorite car I’ve owned…. Luxury in a Toyota, just perfect. I love the extra room as I’m a taller guy, and the acceleration is not joke either. Got the windows tinted on my dark blue Avalon, looks 5-7 years newer than it is!

I have a 2007 toyota sienna and a 2020 Kia Sedona. I have also had different types of cars in the past, Subaru, Honda, Land Rover, Camaro. I need another used vehicle and I started doing a LOT of research and was going to go for a newer Camry, but by pure accident I discovered this 2014 Camry. To make it really short, I ended up purchasing one in mint condition with 30K miles. To make this review really short, I LOVE this Avalon. Same engine with the same AWESOME and bulletproof six speed transmission!!! I HATE the eight speed transmission in the new Kia Sedona. This Avalon is smooth and powerful. I did not want a four cylinder car. I have never driven an older Avalon model but I do believe people saying that car is smoother and more comfortable, but, my Sienna is also very comfortable and I have zero complaints with my new used Avalon. The handling and smoothness is just awesome and I feel it rides like half my Sienna and half my Sedona, meaning that it has a very nicely balanced ride. This car was just the right car for me.

I have the sportier 2020 TRD and this is a flawless car (purchased a dealer car in '21 with 8k miles - I can prob sell it for nearly what I paid for it 4 years later). Roomy.. powerful relative to the price.. gas mileage is shocking.. routinely shows 31mpg on longer drives.. JBL sounds system.. People always asking me about it because of the TRD package. Looks great, drives great, Toyota reliability.. And now that they stopped making it, it's holding its value. If anyone wants a bullet proof car with a world class v-6 and a performance tune.. this is your car.

I read the reviews, considered all the good and the bad and still took a chance. Found a local person familiar with the type of car for a PPI. They di fix the AC on their dime. The car did have a minor accident on the drivers passenger door, not reported on the Experian report. This was not a deal breaker for me. I chose to fly out of state to make sure I got the title in my hand. Everyone was pleasant to work with from the moment I contacted them. I took one star off only because I arrived around 10:30am and wasn't able to leave till 4pm. I drove the car 500+ miles home without any problems.

I purchased a 2006 brand new. I fell in love with it. Everything was perfect until now. I haven't been able to drive for a couple of years so it stays parked. I learned that if you don't put some use to it and just keep it parked, you will discover problems which are more my fault. I never had any problems until I got sick and stopped driving. I refuse to let my car go because I plan to drive again and it's the most reliable, quiet and comfortable ride. When I would give others a ride, they loved it! I'm just annoyed that toyota doesn't make that style anymore. The space, reliability and comfort is amazing!!!
