Great car but my 2019 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited got 42.4 mpg when new but only gets 35 mpg now. I'm 75 y/o and drive the speed limit always. Average 35 to 40 miles per hour. Does anyone know why. Dealer is no help answering this question.

I have a 2007 toyota sienna and a 2020 Kia Sedona. I have also had different types of cars in the past, Subaru, Honda, Land Rover, Camaro. I need another used vehicle and I started doing a LOT of research and was going to go for a newer Camry, but by pure accident I discovered this 2014 Camry. To make it really short, I ended up purchasing one in mint condition with 30K miles. To make this review really short, I LOVE this Avalon. Same engine with the same AWESOME and bulletproof six speed transmission!!! I HATE the eight speed transmission in the new Kia Sedona. This Avalon is smooth and powerful. I did not want a four cylinder car. I have never driven an older Avalon model but I do believe people saying that car is smoother and more comfortable, but, my Sienna is also very comfortable and I have zero complaints with my new used Avalon. The handling and smoothness is just awesome and I feel it rides like half my Sienna and half my Sedona, meaning that it has a very nicely balanced ride. This car was just the right car for me.

I have owned over 30 cars in my life. This car is hands down the most reliable car I have ever owned. I bought basically this exact car, year, model and mileage 7 years ago. It now has 320,000 miles on it, and with the exception of a wheel bearing that I replaced this year I have put ZERO into anything but gas, oil, tires and wipers. I highly recommend Michelin Defenders on this car as they will get 80,000 on a set with very comfortable ride. There are not enough superlatives to say how much I love this car. I honestly expect to get well over 400,000 on this car. I will say I paid less for mine 7 years ago than they are asking now, but that is probably because it’s recognized as such an extraordinary vehicle.

We always buy Toyota for low maintenance and reliability. We just purchased a 3rd used for our daughter. We are overall very pleased...3 issues. 1. Toyota Entune - the BlueTooth media system is lousy and impossible to operate. Very disappointed with that. The front seat could be more spacious, and when the rear heater is in use, the middle console gets very hot. Overall, however, for comfort and dependability, we love this car.

My car was stolen and destroyed, and I was left without transportation. This was devastating to me, but I had to keep it moving as life does not wait so, I had to look for new transportation. I bought a 2012 Avalon 2 years ago, my mechanic told me it was one of the most reliable vechicles on the market . I absolutely love the vechicle . My only complaint is that I’m 6’2 and it’s too low to the ground and my head nearly touches the roof when I’m behind the wheel. If this vechicle was a few inches higher it would be a luxury vechicle for a life time . I highly recommend this vechicle…

The AVALON LIMITED is an extremely reliable and comfortable sedan offering many extras, including leather seats, sunroof/moonroof, dual climate system, 3 different driving modes; ECO/Normal/Sport, and much more. We drove this car for 10 years and didn't have a lick of trouble with engine or any serious defects. Just complete all mfr suggested maintenance and this car will keep you rolling in style!

I own a 2016 Toyota Avalon, bought it brand new in 2016. This is by far the best car I ever purchased, a little expensive but worth it. Currently has 74K. Never had a single problem with it. As long you maintain regular maintenance, this car can last for several years. I will buy Avalon again in.

I read the reviews, considered all the good and the bad and still took a chance. Found a local person familiar with the type of car for a PPI. They di fix the AC on their dime. The car did have a minor accident on the drivers passenger door, not reported on the Experian report. This was not a deal breaker for me. I chose to fly out of state to make sure I got the title in my hand. Everyone was pleasant to work with from the moment I contacted them. I took one star off only because I arrived around 10:30am and wasn't able to leave till 4pm. I drove the car 500+ miles home without any problems.

Purchased my 2021 during May- this car performs beautifully, the 300 horsepower car gets into traffic with such ease, the cabin room excellent- drove to Florida from New Jersey, felt like we drove only a few hundred miles, but we drove over 1500 miles one way-would drive this car without any hesitation. Plan to keep this car for many years. Purchased a used 2014, Limted Hybrid Avalon with 88K. This has every available option on it for the model year. The car rides great on the almost new Michelin tires. I will be driving any speed and the little green EV mode light will come on and the main ICE will just shut off. You don’t even know it. It’s nice going past gas stations and not needing gas only once a month.
