I have owned 25-30 different vehicles in my life including 10 Toyota or Lexus vehicles since 1978. The latest have been 2 Camry hybrids and 2 Avalon hybrids. Quite simply, my 2020 Avalon Limited hybrid is the finest luxury automobile I have ever owned. My 2015 Avalon was the 2nd finest... LOL. The car is quiet, smooth, comfortable, unbelievably reliable, and gets 44-46 MPG for me in normal weather conditions.

I chose the Avalon over BMW & Lexus because of the interior style. I wanted the touch screen large and up on the dash and the Avalon had the best positioning. The style is great (not a grandpa's car) and I get complements on it often. I have owned since new with no mechanical issues. The heated and cooled seats are a must. The heated steering wheel is a must (I live in New England). Handles great and has plenty of pep for the way I drive. I will have this car for a long time.

Great dealership! All the Staff are very inviting but not right away pushing a sale. Other dealerships in town can learn A LOT from all the staff of Mini of Tucson! This is a great automobile! Very quiet. I frequently when headed along quiet streets feel like i am gliding along - no noise, smooth ride. I have driven mine a bit over 100,000 miles and have not had any issues with the battery. I am still using the original brake linings. Great car. I figure that it will be my last. I believe that it will last for 300,000 miles and that at that point, I will go to a phone app and request a driverless car that will come to my door, pick me up, take me to my destination, then go to the next request in line.

I went in yesterday to purchase a used car after doing a preapproval application. I wanted to see 5 cars so I knew it might be time consuming but I was actually wrong. They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! I have the 2021 XSE Nightshade edition. Runs super smooth and great for long trips. Bought it new and have had no issues only compliments from other Toyota owners. This car will probably outlast me. Gas mileage is awesome. Less power but that’s what you sacrifice when getting the hybrid so it’s worth the trade off.

I was recently in the Jim Click Hyundai Tucson Auto Mall location and although it took a while to get a salesman to help me when I got one finally he was very polite although he needed more information on the cars he was selling. I was looking at an Elantra GT N and he miscalculated the horsepower and performance. It was better than he said because it had more horsepower that he said. Overall my test drive experience was wonderful and I plan on purchasing a new car in about 5 more weeks

Very stylish comfortable quiet. Good handling on the road. Plenty of cargo space. Has all kinds of electronic driving aids. Plenty of power and features such as if you fail to break it will assist you. Great cameras you can see all the way around the car.

I made an appointment to test drive at 10am. The salesman Thomas, was very courteous and punctual. The car was ready to drive. After the test drive we began the purchase process. The dealership and I agreed to the deal. The processing of documents was very quick. I was very happy to be in and out the door within 2 and 1/2 hours.

The ride was smoother than my current Prius. It was roomier; & the exterior was very nice with the alloy wheels. I would buy it if I needed a new car.
