Instead, I was surprised and delighted to encounter transparency, no pressure, no nonsense, and no hidden fees. It was a slow process but the sales team was able to come to an agreement with me and my wife. I told them it was not simply matter of getting the best deal we could, but that we flexed as much as possible and that the dealership had to adjust to meet our financial parameters which they did.
