Great car-buying experience! I bought a used car. The process was easy and efficient.

I went to the Toyota store with a friend that was buying a new Tacoma today and was really impressed. Clear, simple, different was more like clear, simple, exceptional! I’m not one to write a review but had such a great experience as a guest I had to report it. The sales persons name was Megan who is normally in the Lexus store. She was ready for us when we arrived and she was great.

Sales person Paul Williams made the purchase of our Tacoma so easy. Great personality and amazing sense of humor. I will be buying my next SUV from Paul.

Our initial contact person responded quickly to our online inquiry ( Sarah).We made an appointment which was confirmed by(Savanah).Joe met us at the door . He walked us through the sales process and arranged the test drive. Working out an agreement of sale he walked us through the rest of the process, explaining our requirements. We returned a couple of days later to pickup the pickup. We are very satisfied with the staff we met and the vehicle we purchased.

Jodi, Dave and Erica are a terrific Customer Service team that has worked together for many years. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and responsive. No matter the situation with your car, they will explain the options and help you make the best decisions. We’ve been their customer for many years and they have earned their great reputation.

Best Service in the Rochester area. Allen is always very helpful in providing the service I need. He has saved me a few times where I needed to get my truck in on a days notice. Very trustworthy and never any pressure to get something done on my truck that isn’t necessary.

Kyla in the service department is awesome, very attentive and was able to get me back on the road in less time than quoted.

I visited Hoselton Auto Mall on 2/12/24.I have purchased my last two maurno's from Hoselton and have always had a wonderful experience and have been pleased with the sales staff and the vehicles I purchased.I was introduced to a wonderful young man Luis Aguilar a natural born salesman who has a great personality.I was also introduced to sales manager Tim Maier. Both Luis and Tim took the time to listen to me and the type of vehicle I was looking for.Although that vehicle was not at hoselton at this time I am hopeful that Luis and Tim will find me that vehicle.
