I get my truck serviced here for everything. The biggest and ONLY downside is when I needed a exhaust manifold and none in stock. (Chrysler problem NOT a Shelor problem) Shelor worked over the manifold and got me back on the road though. 1 year later I am getting ready to get that manifold replaced and Shelor has the part in stock and holding it for me.

He was knowledgeable, full of energy, and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. Morrie won me over by giving straight answers and honest advice. Even though it was my first time meeting him, it felt as if I’d known him for ages, almost like family. Being a die-hard Toyota and Lexus fan, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that whenever I’m in the market for another Toyota, I’ll head straight to AutoNation Toyota Cerritos, and Morrie Azim will be my go-to person again.

You buy a land Cruiser you have certain expectations 1. The Toyota techs know more than you 2. You have a nice experience when getting your $60,000 car serviced which includes coffee, a comfortable seat etc. Ira fulfilled these simple expectations and went well beyond. Unfortunately, Jaffarian wasn?t able to do either. While I would buy again from Jaffarian, I?ll never go there for service, one should be just as good as the other (buying/servicing) but in this instance it?s not. If you have to drive further to get service, it?s absolutely worth it to go to Ira. You?ll be happy you didn?t make the initial mistake I did
