My first Toyota, I’m very impressed with the smooth ride and upgraded options and interior finishes in the 25’+ models. I decided to go with the 26’ XLE and I am not disappointed! I’m in the Midwest so it’s very cold in the winter and the cold weather package has been great! Definitely go with the 12.3” multimedia screen, it’s a huge upgrade from the 24’ and older models. Looking forward to 300k+ miles one day.

Ricardo S and Gloria P were exceptionally gracious, patient and helpful so I could understand the latest RAV4 lineup, gas versus hybrid, test drives, etc. Subsequent to my visit, they responded promptly to my phone calls and texts. Before stepping inside Victory Midtown, I was skeptical of the sales tactics I would encounter at an inner-city dealership. Instead, I was surprised and delighted to encounter transparency, no pressure, no nonsense, and no hidden fees. I ended up needing to go to an out-of-state dealership to find the unique color combo and options package I was looking for. Nevertheless, I feel compelled to give Ricardo and Gloria the appreciation and review they deserve to expect.

I had a 2021 Camry and loved it. I got the 2026 refreshed Camry se with the 19 inch rims and blackout package in heavy metal color. I love it so far. But the price was alittle more than I’d like to have paid. My 21 was $28. This one $32k. But it is a hybrid and gets 45+ mpg and a few dealer upgrades so I guess it’s fine. Plus it’s a Toyota so it’ll last forever.

He made sure it was ready for a test drive after a thorough description of the features. He explained everything in detail and continues to answer texts about settings on the car after the purchase. This is an organization built for customer service. Isral Leiva made the paperwork and financial transaction seamless. You won’t be sorry starting here when vehicle shopping. my parents bought a new camry back in 2016 the salesperson Greg recognized them right away when they walked in we came back to sell the camry because my parents wont be driving anymore even though we werent buying a car they treated us very well and were fair to my parents. big thanks to Greg and now i might buy a new camry from this dealership though i live in Indiana.

Purchased a new Avalon from them today. Wesley Radford was my sales rep and the entire process was an extremely pleasant experience. Wesley was patient with me and did not give any hard sell tactics. There was a slight glitch due to my misreading some info and Wesley rectified everything to my great satisfaction. Everyone else in the process was polite and helpful.
