On my latest visit I checked in with Klaus Cobb the service representative That I have used for years. Klaus is very friendly and professional at all times. He tells you an approximate time for it to be ready, and will check in with you durning your wait. I have used Al Hendrickson for years and never had a bad experience with the service or the staff. If any one asks who I use to service my vehicle I have no problem recommending them.

He made sure to keep us updated on everything that was happening, and even made us laugh with his jokes! Bhudesh Shilchand was a terrific salesman. He was personable and knowledgeable. He brought several cars to look at and drive.
