My son returned from college and his vehicle was having problems. It's a 2006 Camry and I knew it would need extensive repairs. My service advisor William made sure that I was provided a loaner car so that I would have transportation while the parts were being ordered. He updated me on the estimate and the status of the repairs constantly. And when the service took longer because one of the parts didn't come in he discounted the service. So I actually ended up paying less than what was estimated and the car is running perfectly.

Sandia Toyota was wonderful to work with (particularly sales manager Gary Bui). They were very responsive and provided all the information I needed. I highly recommend this dealership, and appreciate all of their support along the process of purchasing our car.

It was great!! The appointment was supposed to be a 4 hour appointment. It ended up being two. The representative put a rush on it because I live two hours away. They have always been helpful and kind.

This Review is on service advisor Joe who I can categorize without any hesitation as being the absolute professional best I have dealt with at LHM Toyota on Alameda NE Albuq, NM or any other dealer. I had an Appointment on March 12 2024 @ 1pm for an oil change with advisor named Angel. Angel was a no show at work due to being sick. An anonymous employee tried to find an advisor that wasn’t totally booked for the entire day to no avail. Mr Sanchez took over and got me written advising also that he would see me thru the entire service. What a stress reliever that was! To have someone like Mr. Sanchez to look out for customers like that has to make for a well oiled machine. Definitely a 10 Star employee and one happy customer! 10k service, oil change, tire rotation, one hundred point inspection. Brought car in at 8 o'clock AM. Waited about forty five minutes before finishing. Excellent service
