Salesperson communicated well before and at dealership. Truck was a relatively good value. When we showed up to loo at the vehicle it was extremely dirty (sticky to touch) and had recent scratches (dealership should have fixed with touch up paint). Was good not to have to walk and find vehicle, salesperson was ready and had it out front. Test drive was easy but couldn't go far as fuel light was on. Financing was the quickest and easiest we have ever had. Salesperson communicated well until after sale then stopped responding even when I was answering his text.

I bought a 2023 Tundra TRD OR pickup this past weekend. I drove over 4 hours to make this purchase and everything from my first call to driving off the lot was remarkable! My salesman, Roger S was very personable and took the time to make sure everything was ready when I arrived. I was in and out in less than an hour and back on the road to head home. I had a great experience buying a new car! I was incredibly stressed out when I realized that I needed to enter the car buying arena again after 10 years. He then introduced me to Willie back in the finance room who worked with me to get the things I wanted for my new cars warranty.
