I came in for service to my 2022 4runner, met George Bonafede and began talking about the new 2025 4runner, he showed me the numbers where I could trade my 2022 and get a 2025 for less than I was paying for my 2022, I went for it, George was polite, professional and I never felt pressured, in the end I go a new 2025 4runner and the transition was made easy by Mr Patdo in financing, Mr Bonafede and Pardo gets a thumbs up for a great job.👍

Smooth drive & handling. Very comfortable-roomy. large trunk rear cupholders 3 USB ports. Great speakers for music lover local 8 mile daily commute. Great mileage. Keyless entry.

I didn't end up buying the car but the team was SUPER helpful. Especially Jai.

Loved everything except the ability to go through snow or ability to get up our new driveway this winter. It was useless and spent most winter at bottom of hill. For being a hybrid it had more power than expected. Filled tank maybe once a month. 🎈

You can tell this vehicle was immaculately maintained. The interior is like new and everything is funtional. Although the exterior shows some minor road rash from highway miles, there's not a dent in this beauty.

Reuben Floyd was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward our 2024 Rav4. He was patient with some of our indecision but once we got to writing it up, he was very efficient and thorough. Smooth, quiet, and extremely solid -- still no rattles at 30,000 miles. Gets better gas mileage than my Smart car, over 40 mpg. Plenty of interior room. The hybrid battery takes up a little trunk space, but there's still plenty. Nimble handling and loads of power. One of the best cars I've ever owned (and I've owned a lot).

I am 67 years old and have purchased many new vehicles over the years. I have to say that I always have that, did I get a good deal or did I pay too much feeling. This by far is my favorite vehicle I have ever had. I am in total love with this car. 40 mpg average is like awesome!! I love the leather/cloth combo interior, it drives really nice. Only negative is when vehicle is coming out of hybrid to regular engine at times it’s a little noisy!

The dealership responded quickly and were knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. They also maintained contact even though I didn’t purchase that particular car.

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

We used this dealer for service for our 2007 Forester until it was time to trade up to our new Ascent. Services and sales were both great and responsive. We'll be getting our service for the Ascent done here too.

I called to check on the status of a car we asked to be shipped from Myrtle Beach to Dothan, Alabama. The lady I spoke with was prompt and professional in determining where it was and what was happening with it. She also gave me a revised estimate as to when it would arrive in Dothan.
