Used 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid for sale near Gastonia, NC

We purchased our third vehicle from Maplewood Toyota this week. Matt Anderson helped us find a used car with the features and miles that fit our budget. We felt like we were working with a friend who was watching out for our best interests. We're will return to Maplewood Toyota the next time we need a car, and hope Matt is available to help us.

Bought this car new in October 2017. Initially had trouble putting fuel in it. I'd be on empty and get about three litres of fuel in it and then it would shut off and burp out some. Read the instructions inside the filler cap. Problem solved. When it was about three years old (about 2020/2021 maybe), I had a steering box problem. The dealer wanted $850 Canadian for the part plus taxes plus labour. Took it to my mechanic. He agreed with the assessment. He took the cover off the steering box and lubed it with a can of lube (was it WD-40??) and never had an issue after that. LAST TIME I'LL TAKE IT TO A DEALER!!!!! Got rear-ended in October 2023. I had 184,000 kilometres on the car. The car was totalled and I did not know it. The trunk opened and closed, the backup camera still worked, and not even a tail light was cracked, but the unibody was compromised. Drove it for another hundred kilometres before it was classed a write-off. Fuel economy for 184,000 kilometres was 4.7 litres per hundred kilometres or 50 MG (American) or 60 MPG Imperial. This was, don't forget, for the life of the car!!! Would I buy it again?? By the bones of my ancestors, ABSOLUTELY!!!!!

I drove over 1,000 miles to come to this dealership and I’m glad I did. They took care of us quickly and were very communicative throughout the whole process. I bought my 2018 Camry LE hybrid early in the model year, the first year for a major redesign. It had two rather annoying rattles that I fixed myself. I'll chalk that up to it being a early production car. It has been flawless since then, averaging about 45 mpg for a mix of driving including everything from stop-and-go driving, to highway trips going with the faster of the traffic on the interstate. The power is more than adequate. The thing that would make it substantially better would be a hatchback or wagon body.

This car has ALL the Bells and whistles and is very economical to drive. I don't have to think about the economy it's automatic and the Best I've seen 44 mi/gal

Being a German, I'm used to my German Cars. But got to say, this car can held it's own. Very satisfied with the look inside and outside. It has a slick design and is able to drive my style.

We already owned a Camry hybrid and were reasonably certain we would like an updated version. We are not disappointed. The trunk space is vast compared to our old car due to the new (to us) battery configuration. Both power and mileage are great and the upgraded electronics nicely enhance the driving experience.

Very friendly, helpful. Nice, clean facility and varied inventory. Service department very friendly, professional, helpful. Looked at a few used vehicles but ended up with new.

The service department is great! The facility and waiting room has a first rate coffee island, popcorn, TV's and vending machines, phone charging stations, comfortable chairs and various sizes of desktop islands to work. They also have a free shuttle service to and from the dealership within a determined radius. Max and Jake have been service advisors along time and know Hyundai's inside and out!

Standard Service appointment Oil change and Tire rotation. Completed in a reasonable amount of time.
