Used 2023 Toyota Corolla for sale near Dunstable, MA

Could have more communication about the safety check of my trade vehicle and what the results were.Nobody from the service department ever told me any information about my vehicle.

Emma proved that you don't have to solve the problem to provide an incredible experience. While it is frustrating, you can't get around the fact that cars breakdown. Her ability to engage and communicate the entirety of the problem, along with possible next steps made it an otherwise painless experience.

I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.

Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and explained everything that we need to know about the new car buying process very patiently. We had to wait for more than 2 months to get the car with the color of our choice. Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience. Also, we would like to let you know that we have been getting excellent service from the Service team for other Toyota vehicles for 11 years. my experience here was great. my sales person Matt Waters could not have been better. He made the entire experience efficient. The finance team was ok even though I had to go back in to sign the paperwork but it was still a great experience overall. I love my MDX.

Purchased a Grand Highlander at Woburn from out of state. Kayo was helpful and consistently available for communication prior to my arrival at the dealership, making the process mostly smooth once at the dealership. There was a minor issue in the finance office regarding out of state temp plates that was addressed and I was able to take the vehicle home same day. Even so, Kayo and Viviani from finance remained professional and supportive throughout. A few days after the purchase, I had a small hiccup at the DMV. Kayo was immediately available and helped me work through issue. I appreciate his responsiveness, highly recommend!

I went in for routine maintenance and a minor repair. Service department folks from the desk to the mechanic on the job were, as always, courteous and pleasant. While waiting for work to be done I wandered out to look at vehicles. Had a nice chat with Mr. Poulin and my trusty salesman Aristedes. We talked about a potential trade and once Aristedes and I found the truck I wanted, he immediately went to work for me. Deals are always made with the customer's interest in mind. Our last 3 vehicles, and most likely the next 3, will come from Poulin.
