Overall, buying my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid was good. The car and dealership were clean and the staff was pleasant. Robert went above and beyond when relaying so much important info about my hybrid (my first-so excited!) The entire team worked to make the process easy and pleasant. I only have one complaint. When my boyfriend and I were inside asking questions and sealing the deal, I was a bit annoyed by the fact that although I was the purchaser, and sometimes even when I asked a question, Robert spent most of the time talking to my boyfriend about MY car. I was surprised that a veteran car salesman would make such an error. I overlooked it because he was otherwise a good salesperson and I really wanted the car. Still, I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Metro Toyota, but I would insist the salesperson talk to me, the purchaser.

Dan Schrier was a very good, no pressure, salesperson. I believe I got a very fair price for the car I wanted and it was delivered in beautiful shape and within the time frame, I needed. I met the finance and service managers and felt very welcomed. I love that the oil changes, etc. will be extended to 5 years as long as I use their service department and I plan to do so. I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.

I have had a great experience with this car. It now has over 130,000 miles on it. And still going strong. I've only had to do the brakes. I changed the oil every 3000 miles. I did have to change. The driver's side axle. Toyota had a recall on the paint. So I now have a new paint job. The car looks wonderful. Like brand new? It has a brand new set of tires. Very dependable. It's a little noisy on the highway. But I expected that. The entertainment system. Is excellent. So it drowns out the highway noise. It handles great. The steering is precise. Overall, I would recommend this car. Especially to anyone who is seeking a low budget. Car. With good reliability.

Buying long distance I asked for a ton of videos and pictures and he provided them all no questions asked. They picked me up from the airport as a courtesy. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... We bought this car brand new after owning Cadillacs and Corvettes, also bought brand new. We're in our 80's now and needed a reliable, moderately priced vehicle 6 years ago and needed dependability. After researching Toyota, we bought this 2016 Corolla and are extremely pleased we did. We have had zero problems with it, it is safe, economical & comfortable. If, and when, this vehicle becomes too expensive to maintain, we will definitely buy another Toyota!

This is not the first car I bought from this dealer. No question, the service is excellent and if there is a need for a new car, choose this dealer. Special thanks to sales manager Matt. There is no task too difficult for him to take on.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

He not only communicated with me while my car was in the shop, but helped expedite the service so I could take my daughter on a planned ski trip. He went above amd beyond. It is a Corolla so don't expect a Lexus. Many nice features like keyless operation, auto headlights and parking brake. Human Factors design is terrible. The center display has a lot of good information, but in font so small it is distracting to try and read it while driving. When you engage cruise control, a warning in small print legalese appears for several seconds, blanking out your speed and telling you not to take your eyes off the road. Of course if you want to read the warning, you cannot see the road. Other feature that is annoying is the assumption that if anything like a coat or a book are on the back seat, you must have left a small child in the car so it beeps repeatedly when you lock the car and then sends you a text that there is something in the back seat. Oil is 0W-8 so don't expect to do your own oil change as it is not generally available in stores. The ride is comfortable for an economy car and it is reasonably quiet. If you love AndroidAuto, you will like the interface, if you don't like it, well, Toyota does not give you any other option that is easy to use. There are 2 cupholders, a small glovebox, and a very small center console compartment. No other storage. No place for a small box of Kleenex, no place to store sunglasses.
