Had a frustrating experience with Toyotas national call in center for scheduling but was fortunately transferred to Lauren and she changed my whole experience from frustrating to fantastic! It was apparent how much she cared about giving me GREAT service from the second we began our interaction. Antonio and all the staff work very well with me. They always answer all of my questions about my vehicle. The only thing that I have a problem with is wait time. I do understand that there are a lot of customers they have to attend to.
