This is the first time in my life in which I purchased a medium-priced car and feel each time I am in a parking lot that there is no other car around me that I would rather have. It's an incredible vehicle for the price, functional in every way, reliable, beautiful, and so enjoyable to drive.

I purchased a new Tacoma Truck recently from this dealership and after the first time I washed the vehicle I noticed some imperfections in the paint. I went to the service center and showed the the areas to there staff and they immediately addressed my concerns and rectified the situation in a very professional and accommodating manner. The service manager Adriana and the the detail center manager Edgar were very professional and once again I Thank You.

SUV drives great on the highway . The seat are very comfortable and the cabin is not that noisy . It seems to be very good on gas also . I would highly recommend it . Toyota reliability !!!

We met a very helpful internet sales rep named Maria, whose communication skills set her apart from the other Lexus dealerships. She was lovely and knowledgeable in person. We were paying cash and agreed on a price quickly-our only concern was how many hours it took to finalize the deal with so many attempts to sell us on maintanence packages.

Wow! I have the XLE with extras like the automatic tailgate left it really comes in handy. My Toyota Cross is fun to drive, handles well; and it is very quiet. I love the feel of the steering wheel as I go around the curve. There are lots of buttons and I haven’t had the time to figure out everything once I do it should be really easy as everything is within easy reach. There is a slight hesitation when you do a quick acceleration pulling into traffic I think that’s going to be a matter of getting used to. The sad mirrors are great. Easy to tell if something is beside of you and it sounds an alarm when there is a car next to you. If you have trouble getting in and out of cars, it is very easy to get in and out of and you sit up high so you can see traffic better. I do wish it had an engine cover and the hood fire blanket, I am planning to purchase that extra. I highly recommend the Toyota Corolla, Cross, or any other Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

I LOVE my 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a car more. It’s the perfect size for me. It has great visibility and I love the amenities like having parking sensors and navigation. It has mood lighting inside, auto brights which my previous car did not have. There are so many little things I love about this car. Also, Toyota came out with many “Easter eggs” with the Corolla Cross logo, which are always fun to find! The ride is comfortable. I’ve done a 14 hour drive to Colorado within the first year of owning the vehicle and it handled perfectly. It also snowed while we were there and we had no challenges navigating the mountains while in my FWD Corolla Cross. This was my first new car and I’m so impressed! Toyota has great reliability and I’m glad I chose the Corolla Cross as my first new car!

The car has been great. It is not “beefy” if you are looking for a rugged SUV, but it has the performance for gentle off road trails/country driveways. It is very comfortable, and gas mileage around 30mpg. The interior space is good, not a ton of leg room in the back seat, but for my wife and I, and the dog kennel in the back, it is ideal. From a cost perspective, we couldn’t be happier. It was well within budget and we feel the bang for our buck is tops and it’s a Toyota so I’ll be able to write another review at 300k miles.

I personally LOVE my 2022 Blue Metallic Crush Toyota Corolla Cross. I bought it brand new, site unseen in March 2022 I picked it up! No issues at all. I love the way it handles and she's snow loving for sure! Compared to my 2011 Kia Sorento, this car is amazing! I was backed into on black friday so my Corolla Cross is currently in the body shop (finally) and I miss it so much! I love the all weather floor mats and it's spacious enough for my tall son! I'm a bigger girl and have no issues! I have a commute to work and the drive is smooth. I don't notice abnormal road noise. I love the blue interior lightening at night. Lets face it...Cars are not made the way they used to but I'm very happy with my purchase!

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! I love my Corolla Cross. I can see the road better since my previous car was very low. The music sound is excellent! I am very pleased with it and would recommend to a friend. Jessie at Toyota in West Covina on Azusa and Manny who does all the paperwork finance me and put me in a car so that I can be a driver and continue my job. I don't usually leave reviews but I was beyond satisfied with Hertz Norwalk that I HAD to. This was my first time buying a car and before arroving i was nervous i wasnt going to leave with a car due to my credit, BUT everything was so amazing I thought it was too good to be true. My credit is horrible and they were actually able to work with me. When I say work with me I mean I was actually able to get the year/make/model for literally the monthly payments i was looking for and less than $2k down payment. Reggie was my sales associate and he was amazing and His supervisor amazing also was able to knock my monthly payments down twice. So yea they definitely work with you here and are very nice with great customer service. I highly suggest anyone trying to buy a car even with bad credit check out Hertz Norwalk . No Joke!

Got it new with huge discount,,vehicle is overpriced if you pay close to MSRP would not recommend noisy tires,,hard seats not comfy...ride of suspension is excellent and soft tires and strong front end very good but not much to pick from for interior colors. Size is ok sits up high I have not gone over any bumps or pot holes. Just smooth roads.
