We had an issue on a cross country road trip and Honda Greeley got us right in. They were able to get all the issues fixed same day and really went out of their to help us get back on the road asap. This car saved me today from a car accident. I fell asleep behind the wheel and the alarm system woke me up when I got too close to the car in front of me. I had just enough time to break. I was looking for a smaller car with great gas mileage. I traded in a 2015 Buick Encore. The Toyota is exactly what I was looking for, I get on average over 40 mpg per tank of gas, which is almost what my Mom gets on her 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid. The car out manuevers the Buick by a ton, more reliable, comfortable, smooth ride with just enough tech stuff and space. I have had 2 other Toyota’s in the past and have been waiting to get another one for years.

After going to several other dealers, decided to give CarMax a try, credit has some dings, just like lots of folks these days, but they found me some financing quickly with no endless run around like other dealers. Had a serious transmission problem less than a year after purchase but the MaxCare warranty took care of it, plus provided a rental for the week they had my car, no questions or problems, only had to pay deductible of 100 on a 2200 repair. Excellent experience all the way around, I've recommended several people to them. Will definitely go back when I'm ready for my Camaro!! :-)

The Service Department was eager to repair a loose undercarriage shield that had recently became detached. They clearly explained the problem and showed me how they would reattach the shield. They kept me informed though out the process and got it done as quickly as possible while I waited in there comfortable waiting area.

The vehicle we wanted was no longer there, but wade, our sales guy worked very hard to find us a vehicle that met our criteria. The finance guy was easy going and did not push us to try and buy extra things we didn’t want.
